I have checked with the manufacturer, Debona, and they have assured us they consider this wallpaper to be white & gold (the packaging also states this), so we are sorry that you feel this is more of a cream colour.

Recently purchased 4 rolls of paper
Recently purchased 4 rolls of paper, paper was of terrible quality unable for my professional decorator to apply without ripping or falling off.
I requested a refund, it was made impossible to get any satisfactory reply. Told that I had to provide numerous tick box exercises for them to even start investigating. Very obvious tactics at play to fob off customers even as much as to ask my 30 years of experience decorator did they use the correct paste! Embarrassing response avoid avoid, they don’t stand over the items only a middle man for wall paper manufacturers so buyer beware. They then tried to make out I black mailed them regarding negative reviews, false I gave them 4 opportunities to do the right thing and refund and only as a last resort I would leave a accurate account of my experience.

All we can do is repeat what we have already said:
Having looked into this we can see that you opened a Paypal case to obtain a refund without contacting us first stating that your 'professional decorator' was not happy with the wallpaper. We can also see that you are unhappy to provide the basic information required by the manufacturers to assist with any enquiry. It should be noted that without this, and based on the fact that we have had no other issues with this wallpaper, there is a good chance that your issue is due to application error.
We also note that you have threatened several times to leave bad reviews for us online unless we refund you. We do not condone blackmail of this sort, and do insist that simple procedures are followed. If the wallpaper is indeed faulty, we will be more than happy to refund you, but do require some simple information such as paste used, barcode etc. These are requested by the manufacturer in these instances.
Once again, I am sorry that you are unhappy but we do remain committed to fixing this issue for you.

Excellent experience using World Of Wallpaper. I chose three samples to look at first as I wasn’t sure. Received them without delay and free as there was an offer on. Only paid postage. Decided which one we liked best. I ordered online I just wanted it for a feature wall in Our bedroom. As it was Bank Holiday weekend there was a special offer and we got a discount, The wallpaper arrived very quickly by courier. It is beautiful and great quality. We’re so pleased with the result. Job is now complete and it looks amazing. Would highly recommend, without reservation and will definitely use again. Feel very confident.

I find the store really affordable, it carries a wide range of styles...so you will always find something you like. Plus if you're unsure which style of wallpaper you want...their website has a great search engine, so just enter the key words regarding the style ie: floral,bedroom in pink and the search will help pick the perfect style for what you want.
This store also provides great sized samples, so that you can see & imagine the overall look.
Their website is very easy to use, it's also very easy to order from and the delivery is also speedy!
I've purchased from here a couple of times now and will continue to do so in the future...I totally recommend this store.

Very long wait for wallpaper sample.
The wallpaper sample we paid for took well over a week to arrive. So we had to give up waiting, and bought the rolls we needed from another supplier before our decorator went elsewhere.
