Super Service
Unbelievable that I can send an order from my house in Hamilton New Zealand, and in one week my wallpaper arrived at my door. And it looks absolutely wonderful in my cosy dining room. Tradesman enjoyed the quality for hanging.

Fantastic customer service
Ordered samples, arrived quickly and decent size too!
Placed order and on day of despatch realised I needed an extra roll. Henry was so helpful, found my order and added extra roll, kept me in the loop. Great to see there's still fantastic customer service out there. Thank you everyone!

Hessian Natural Wallpaper
Made my original order last month changed my mind within within a few hours and wanted a different colour, I sent an email in the evening explaining and received an answer the following morning confirming that there was no need to cancel the order they would just send the colour I wanted. Fast forward a couple of weeks later to when the time came to hang the paper, which is absolutely stunning, we were 1 roll short. Again contacted them they checked they had the batch number I required and confirmed on how to order to make sure I received the same batch. Fast response to my emails from Henry. Absolute fantastic company to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Samples were disappointingly small.
The samples were disappointingly small and in some case did not include the whole pattern so it was impossible to judge if the paper would be suitable. The only thing they were useful for was checking if colours.

Our standard samples are 52cm x 30cm, which is far larger than A4 one supplied by most wallpaper companies. The samples are not designed to show the full design, there are many images on our site for this, but to show customers the exact colour and texture of the paper.

Mixed review
Mixed review - great service, easy to order, prompt delivery but colour not as described - grey arrived, described as dark cream. Easy returns but unfortunately the financial beneficiary was Customs. Paid €20 returns delivery, refunded €11 by World of Wallpaper for €70 returns. So in reality returns cost me €79!!!

Amazing quality wallpaper! Heavy, feels bougie, vibrant colors and textures. Excellent price, so that $50 shipping from England was totally reasonable. I've searched the USA for what I wanted and found nothing I loved! Until World of Wallpaper!!!
I've papered on and off since the 90s. My unsolicited advice, in a world of peel and stick paper, think twice and go prepasted. Paste it anyway.

Found their online website and browsed samples which by the way are good pictures of the wallpapers. bought 4 wallpaper samples to choose from which arrived very quick. The samples were good sized and we made our choice and ordered the wallpaper we wanted.
They arrived quickly again with absolutely no damage to any roll ends which i worried about. Would definitely recommend world of wallpaper to amyone and will use again. Excellent service.

Try Very, Amazon, everywhere before you order from here. They hike up prices of the wallpaper and charge postage whereas everywhere else does not.
