It took longer than expected to get the product however, the wait was worth it! Everyone who has seen my bathroom remodel comments, how much they love the wallpaper. It is so beautiful. It was my first time utilizing a paste paper and the process wasn’t difficult at all.

I ordered three grass cloth wallpaper samples. I never received them. I emailed the company and received a phone call back from Danielle A. Albano who insisted they were delivered and I signed for them. I don’t know to whom they were delivered, but it was not me. Instead of just saying, I’m sorry you didn’t receive the samples and resending them. They just that they had my signature and that I received the samples. The company is obviously not getting my business and I’ve already shared with everyone I know what the response was and how rude Daniele was. Not sure exactly why, if your company wants to sell rolls of expensive wallpaper,why you wouldn’t make sure the interested customer actually receives the samples so they can pick one,but no worries, I’ll buy my wallpaper elsewhere. I would be very careful about ordering from this company because all I lost out on were three samples and not much money, however, If I had purchased rolls of wallpaper never received them and they kept my money and the product I would be super mad. seems like a bit of a scam to me.

Walls Republic has a nice variety of wall paper and the reason i purchased from them is because i liked the patterns. Unfortunately they are very very slow. It took 5 weeks to get the first wall paper I ordered. They do not even give you an estimated delivery. I had to order a second roll to match what I already bought and my project is on standstill for 2 weeks so far. I reached out and got a kind response that they didnt have any in the warehouse and had to order more which they would receive in 7-10days then it would ship and arrive in 2 days. However, this has not been the case. Only order from them if you have a couple of months to wait for your purchase.
If you are persistent, the customer service staff will be kind and update you. However it just takes a long time. Im not aware of major holidays in October in the US or Canada that would delay shipping.

My experience was great because of the customer service experience. I received a few samples and sent in my measurements for the wallpaper I desire. It was spot on. The quality of the wallpaper is great and I love the color and texture. I would recommend Walls Republic because they have quality product.

In response to the company response: If your promotion expired then make sure you change it on all the social media pages so that you do not falsely advertise a promotion you have no intention of honoring.

I was very interested in purchasing from this company, and every ad they targeted towards me had a save 45% off the specific paper I was interested in. When I went to purchase, they had a 35% saving. I chatted with CS and they declined to honor the 45% off stating it was an older promotion, even though I sent them screenshots of every ad I saw with 45%off (Facebook, Instagram, and stories in both)
I question the integrity and business practices of a company that falsely advertises savings and then refuses to honor them. Needless to say, I’m spending my money elsewhere.

Walls Republic was great to work with on my project. Their customer service responded quickly and their tracking updates were accurate. The wallpaper is all perfectly batch matched, high quality and a great value. I’d highly recommend them!

Please be transparent when describing your product. I ordered 3 samples of what seemed to be "realistic brick 3D wallpaper...can't tell it from the real thing...cracks and chips like vintage bricks." In reality, it's flat wallpaper with very small, closely placed (no vintage grouting at all) one- dimensional (if that) photo of something but most decidedly not vintage brick. Your glowing description led me to believe this was an embossed paper with rough, raised brick-like surface. Thankfully I purchased samples first and didn't invest hundreds of dollars in the actual rolls!
