My experience with this company has been nothing short of terrible. Their communication and follow-up are close to the worst I’ve ever encountered. Initially, they were responsive and helpful, but as soon as they received my order and payment, all responsiveness essentially ceased.
I was told my wallpaper order would arrive within 7–10 business days. However, on the 10th day, when I called to check on its status, I learned—only then—that it hadn’t even shipped yet. I had a strict project deadline (thankfully, I allowed for some wiggle room), but their lack of communication was completely unacceptable.
Since it hadn’t shipped and I anticipated missing my deadline, I suggested canceling the order so I could find an alternative. Instead, I was adamantly reassured that it would arrive on time. Later, when I checked the status again, I was told the order had shipped—this was false, as I could see from the tracking information that it hadn’t.
In the days leading up to my deadline, I sent numerous emails to multiple addresses and made two phone calls, but received no responses. Frustrated, I stated that I needed to speak with a supervisor or I would leave a negative review. Someone called me almost immediately and left a message. However, when I tried calling back the number they provided, I was once again, unable to get in touch with anyone.
The wallpaper eventually arrived—too late to be used for my project. To make matters worse, there has been no effort to compensate for the inconvenience or even an acknowledgement of the issue. The lack of professionalism and customer care forced me to spend an inordinate amount of time and energy trying to resolve this.
This experience has been beyond frustrating, and I will never use this company again.

Edit: the reply from the company is not accurate. I have communicated as soon as they attempt to reach out. I did call them back immediately with no answer. Twice. I then ended up saying that I do not wish to speak on the phone as this has consumed too much of my time already. Email instead. I email if and when they respond, almost immediately.

They indicated they would offer me a 5% discount for the inconvenience this has caused me and I’ve now asked three times where I can find this. Will this go back on my Credit Card? Again, no reply. I asked one last time three days ago. You guessed it…no reply. I give up now.

I continue to be extremely frustrated with the lack of customer services and the overall NOT understanding what I’m looking for or need. As you can read it was not truly about the shipping delay (although frustrating) - it was the limited communication, not “getting it” and not answering my questions and ignoring my requests.

The wallpaper is beautiful and the price was very fair. If you want a terracotta wallpaper this Honeycomb Brown and Black Grasscloth Wallpaper R4616 is actually it. It's stunning. I did have to reach out via email after 2 weeks as I still hadn't received notification that my wallpaper had shipped. Once I did this, my wallpaper shipped immediately. Apparently my order was overlooked but I am glad they jumped right on it as soon as they were notified.

Received the samples quickly all were of very good quality. It’s going to be hard to decide between them.

Easy ordering. Samples came quickly. Placed and order 8 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped. My 20% coupon code is also not reflected in the order details.

The paper is beauti

The wallpaper's quality is amazing! It perfectly fits my theme for my guestroom to a T! I tried ordering through WhatsApp messaging. Gracie is so helpful in guiding me on selecting the right wallpaper and getting the exact number of rolls I'll need for my project. Would love to consider them for my future projects!

I placed an order a month ago for wallpaper samples they never came. I called three weeks later. They said they didn't have verification on my payment. Well then why didn't someone call me and ask for it so I could get the samples I needed? Then the samples didn't come again, so I called and they needed verification on the address Finally more than a month later I received the samples now the sales price is not 33% off and I have to wait further to order till you have another sale since it's only 20% off right now.

Bogus trade program. I told the team not to send me samples of item not in stock, yet they did. Then they said the trade program has exclusive discounts and they will generate a special code for me... they did... what a joke!! the code only gave 20% which is what everyone is getting now... they think we are fools? in retail there are higher discount codes available in the market... Stay away from the trade program :(

I received my shipment in a timely manner. The quality of the wallpaper is great. I liked the paper not being prepasted. First time I used this type. So easy and no mess!

The time between ordering and receiving is too long. Processing and shipping needs to happen quicker.
