Easy to find and order products. Customs clearance can cause shipment delays.
The arrangement of information on the web site made it easy to find and select a suitable product. Prices much lower than offered by other retailers for similar products. After placing the order, shipment was initiated without unnecessary delay. The only reason my rating is 4 stars instead of 5 is the shipment method used involved a lengthy 4 day period of awaiting Import Customs clearance.

Really happy with our experience so…
Really happy with our experience so far! We ordered some samples and from all the companies we ordered samples from this one was the best. The sample was nice and large and didn't cut off the pattern in a way that made it hard to assess if we aurally like it or not. We will be ordering from here.

Everything was great except that they didn't have 2 rolls of the wallpaper I ordered. A little inconvenicnce for me, but they credited my card promptly and sent the rest of the order. Very professional, and the quality of the product is excellent.

Ordered 3 samples from wallsrepublic and paid $15 for shipping. It’s been 1.5weeks since I ordered and the samples have yet to be shipped. What’s the point of paying these expensive shipping fees if it will take 3 weeks to get the samples..

I placed three orders for samples over a week ago and they still have not shipped

Originally gave 1 star but edited to say that I received 1/3 of my orders of samples and the samples are HUGE and gorgeous quality. After writing to customer service they responded about the wait time and I'm excited for the rest to come in. The quality of the product and sample size is worth the wait, though I feel like I did need to nudge customer service for the orders to ship out.
