Charged for "Free Samples"…
I ordered 4 "free" samples and was charged $40.00. There were only 3 samples in the shipment. On a positive note, the 3 samples I received were very nice.

Sample Orders A Real Plus
Having a new home built and making thought I’d make some wallpaper selections online. Only problem is that it really isn’t the easiest task unless a sample can be seen first. I don’t mind paying for the swatch or mailing as it certainly saves having to send an entire shipment of rolls back if they look entirely different in person. Received the samples quickly and a generous size so worth the added step. Will be placing my order as soon as a bit further along in the construction process.

Pretty good but the commercial samples are just too small to really determine .
I know you show an advice re samples sizes but as they are charged the same rate they should be provided in the same size.

Wallpaper selections
The wallpaper samples arrived in a very timely manner and are beautiful selections. You can tell that the wallpaper is a very nice quality as well! Our only challenge is in being able to decide which one we like best! :)

Took 3 weeks to ship me out the wrong…
Took 3 weeks to ship me out the wrong order. A week later and still getting the run around from customer service. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else.

Great customer service
I was contacted that they didn’t have enough of what I ordered and offered to assist in anyway to get get me what I needed. I was very happy with the replacement and the samples I ordered was sent free and a prompt refund was issued!! Excellent customer service is so hard to come by these days, and Wall Republic nailed it!!! I was extremely satisfied!!!
