Never received my samples! I've tried to connect with their customer service people and am being ghosted. Terrible service.

I ordered and payed for 3 rolls of a wallpaper and received only 2 rolls without any explanation.

The only negative thing I have to say is about the qr code for tracking.
it's the worst thing if you order for work and you don't have your work emails on your cell phone, or you don't want to install any software on your cell phone. For the rest, I have not yet made the break of the paint paper, to be continued.

Still waiting for purchase. No communication since order was placed. Discount never applied to order. I would not mind if I was not waiting for this purchase which is now holding up a project. If I like any of the samples when they finally arrive I will probably purchase thru someone else. Poor communication cost sales. You cannot blame the post office for poor communication.

Get selection, large sheet of wallpaper provided.

Rather than sending samples in a mailing tube, which (in the past) included large sample pieces, now samples are very small and not easily usable and sent in a flat envelope.

Too bad.

Ordered several samples. Nice size samples arrived. Not a little tiny square, which we appreciated. Great quality and texture. Colors were true to website. Unique designs in a sea of boring wallpapers.

Second time ordering from Walls Republic and again they didn’t disappoint. My order arrived in 4 days and again the quality of the paper and colours was excellent. I’m so happy with the infusion of colour and airiness that my choice has added to the room.....couldn’t be happier...!

Walls Republic was happy to take our $500.00 for their wallpaper but can't get back to us on how to troubleshoot our installation. I've had several emails with them and they've promised several times someone from their installation team will contact me. Nothing yet.

Custom mural is now in third month of waiting period. Responses by email or phone are scanty. Customer service commits to a date for delivery, but that has not happened four times. Our project has been on hold for three months due to their failure to complete. Apparently they can sell wallpaper satisfactorily, hence the positive reviews, but beware of custom murals. Very unhappy with their customer service.

As a designer I love Walls Republic for my clients. The have a beautiful, quality product for a fair price. I highly recommend.

Great website with overwhelming selections. I would enjoy shopping the site more if they offered a budget area where choices are curated to the tried and true at really AFFORDABLE prices. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase as it was exhausting to narrow down what was in stock, priced right and pre-pasted for my project.

They have a great selection of wall coverings at very reasonable prices. We were impressed with the quality. The samples look and feel designer, high end. Can't wait to see our selection on the wall.

This wallpaper is gorgeous and arrived promptly!! I get many compliments and would not hesitate to source this material again for future clients!
