OMG guys, this practice was truly the best decision and money invested I’ve ever made!

I went in there completely crippled from not knowing how to run properly, as well as not doing the necessary workout alongside.

Shreya was my practitioner and she performed Wonders!!!!!!
My main issue was a horrible ITB accompanied by unstable knees and ankles.

My goal was to run a half marathon without ending up on crutches.

She did not only mend the pain from those issues but she also customer made a plan that helped me strengthen the areas that were weak and therefore caused all sorts of issues when running.

The result: I recently completed my half marathon in less than my predicted time!!!!!

The lovely people on reception are always happy to help and if you have a busy life style like me, they always accommodate any appointment changes.

The physiotherapist listened very carefully to all the details of my problem and did a very careful assessment. Then he took the time to explain what were the problems and what he proposed as an immediate relief and as a longer term at-home exercise regime. Things are looking up!!

I saw Kirsty for my thumb injury for three sessions - she was very thorough and knowledgeable. Managed to address the problem and provide additional insight to handle any future flare ups. Really appreciate the help

I was recommended Wandsworth Physiotherapy by a runner friend and it doesn’t disappoint. I was appointed to Shreya who is fantastic. She is always spot on with my diagnosis, thorough during our follow up appointments and treatment.

Having just completed an Ironman on Saturday, I feel the need to share how much the pilates classes here have helped me stay injury free the last few months leading up to it - it's really been a game changer - thanks Kirsty!

Whenever I have a physio issue, I usually go to Wandsworth Physio and see Steve Hines as he always does such a great job. Recently I had very painful TMJ jaw issue where I couldn't sleep due to the pain. Steve did a special jaw massage and accupuncture. Almost immediately after leaving the pain was gone and I slept like a baby that night, the pain hasn't come back since and that's a couple of weeks now. Thank you Steve!

Three sessions stopped the lower back pain in its tracks - what more could I ask for. Professional, friendly treatment. I've been using the services for over 7 years and never been let down once. The staff are super supportive and I have no hesitation awarding the team FIVE stars for the way they deliver their superpowers!

I came to the Wandsworth Physiotherapy clinic with a pain on the right side of my neck that I could not fully turn. That gave her terrible headaches too. Shreya is a fantastic therapist and a very nice person. She did several physio sessions and acupuncture and advised on the exercises to continue. She is very knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend the clinic and Shreya!
