Shreya gave excellent advice, diagnostics and training programmes over four sessions. She’s extremely knowledgable and was able to get a clear idea of the issues and objectives from the first session. The issues with my knee were resolved over the course of the training Shreya recommended.

Most physios nowadays are very hands off with exercises given and not much manual manipulation. I love that this is classic physio and after doing exercises the physio helped to really massage out the notes. I feel so much better already and can’t believe the progress after just two sessions.

I recently had a physio appointment with Shreya. She was very warm, friendly and professional. She managed to diagnose an issue with my shoulder, which I have had for many years. Following the suggested exercises there has already been a noticeable improvement.

I recently used Wandsworth Physio as I needed a steroid injection to deal with knee inflammation and pain. Steve was great and could accommodate a same-day appointment, which was really needed. The treatment worked well and I was back to walking in 48 hours!

Had a number of sessions with Steve in my recovery from an ankle surgery. In addition to the rehab, I was trying to get right for the London Marathon. The sessions helped the rehab, but more importantly my confidence in the leg - thankful to say I completed the Marathon - don't think this would have been possible without Steve's reassurance and guidance.
