It can't be that the return policy you guys use requires a 35 % of the value the product. It absolutely doesn't make sense especially for such an expensive sale when the shipping of such a small product will actually cost so much less.

Excellent Service
My order arrived in about a month which is fantastic, considering it was the festive season. It was well packaged and arrived in great condition. Every step of the journey to South Africa and eventually my home, I received updates on my order. I'll be using WantItAll again.

Packaging of product was below par. A fitted cap that is packaged in a plastic does not ensure its shape in transit. It should be packaged in a box to keep the form as New Era does.

I had a fantastic experience. I was always informed and kept up to date until delivery. The order was supposed to take between 10 and 20 days but for received it much earlier than that, especially the first. Five star service.
