Literally my favourite shop in the whole world. I have spent a fortune in here but I am always very happy with the service and the items I receive. I love that this company is committed to the environment and uses green packaging. They always wrap the glass carefully and to date I have never received a broken item. Their variety of glass and products is fantastic and their rewards scheme keeps me coming back. Thanks it’s a 10/10 from me!

Such a shame as Warm Glass were always really good. When you are buying I suppose they are, when your not happy with something, clearly not.

After ordering for delivery for several years, last week I clicked and collected. A minor problem was quickly rectified by the lovely Diane - a credit indeed to the business. All staff friendly, attentive and helpful in person as well as by email and phone.

I’m new to glass fusing and found this company on the net. Thank goodness I did, because with the tutorials on popular media and on the Warm Glass website I managed to understand a little more about what I was trying to do and the theory behind the process.
Warm Glass have processed my orders with 3fficiency and speed and all orders to date have been received between 24 and 48 hrs.
I thoroughly recommend this company and will continue to order from them alone.

I forgot to say - Warm Glass also gives me a discount- initially 5% now 10%. This is excellent especially giving increased cost of mortgages. With warm glass the more u buy the less u pay.

I have to repeat - I’ve had maybe 10 interactions with Warm Glass since May. Each & everyone has been excellent. Their product range is also extensive & I’ve been able to extend my knowledge just through browsing their site & trying new things like glassline paper & pen,

Came back to use my voucher I received after receiving broken glass (after about 1.5-2 years) and it had expired 😭 I generally buy a bulk quantity of glass every two or three years for my small projects. Recently I've switched to buying smaller quantities off eBay to reduce the risk of loss and having to spend more money just to get my money back!

As you can see there was no expiry date included I hope that you are correct and you have updated your system.

The website is far too slow. It’s painful attempting to order anything at the moment. My wife gave up in the end.

Although the glass did not arrive on the day paid for, Warm Glass rectified this with no difficulty. The glass came to me well packaged and was really beautiful. Some of the economy packs I ordered seemed to be very good value indeed! They seem to deserve their good reputation and I will be making them my "go to" supplier.

This is an excellent company. They have an amazing range of glass and accessory products. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended to all glass fusers.

Can not praise this company enough. I live in Ireland. Its hard to access this craft material. All deliveried are correct, prompt and eco-friendly in so far as possible. I haven't ordered since Brexit but I have received emails updating me with info relating to this matter.

Purchased a kiln (£800) from them, it arrived with a very loose base. I emailed them and after 3 days they told me it should be like that. I said I wasn’t happy and it took another 4 days for them to suggest a fix.
Meantime I contacted the kids maker and they talked me through a fix in minutes.

So Warm Glass not only told lies about the base needing to be loose, they were very slow at responding.
Bad service Warm Glass, bad service!

Update... Warm Glass have been in touch to check if there’s still an issue and to give some explanation as to the delay. However no explanation as to why I was informed that the kiln base should be loose when according to the makers it should lock tight,

I’ve been dealing with Warm Glass for over 5 years now. Never had a problem, only ever had one thing I’d ordered go out of stock and they rang to ask if I’d like to delay the entire order until it was restocked or have it delivered in a couple of packages. The sheet glass is always well packaged and delivery times are great too. Top notch service!
