Warrior Weld Reviews

Great product and service. Only 4 stars due to packaging splitting open and loosing a nut.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. After putting the first rail up we ordered another one as we were so pleased with it. The rail is very sturdy and perfect for the front door with a step.

Great service fast delivery good company to use ..arrived well packed

Good quality product (handrail and supports) delivered without issue. Exactly what we wanted for our one-off project. Would have rated the experience 5 star, but for the fact that the powder coating on the supports wiped off in places, so had to rub them down, prime and re-coat.

Very pleased, great quality thank you

The screed tripods arrived on time and they are good.

Excellent service good communication

Not put to use as of yet. But the tripods look of good making and strong.
Delivery was very fast and on time with what was quoted.

Great company returns process could be better, I am still waiting for my refund over a week, website says get a returns number but was told didn't nerd in by email.... Still waiting for refund

Product is very good

On enquiring I had prompt and helpful advice, and the product was sturdy and well made. Highly recommend.

Great communication, great customer service

I ordered a Warrior Generator from Warrior Welders fourteen months ago and made them aware that it would not be installed for a lengthy period whilst the remainder of an off-grid electricity system was installed.
Last week was the start up of the whole system and the generator would not start.
I have attempted to start the generator a few times over the ensuing period and the last time was a couple of months ago but the battery was flat. Even though the whole thing was under warranty I was charged £120 for a new battery (given that I have no mains I could not charge it so had no choice)
On the most recent occasion the battery appeared to be sufficiently charged but it would not start there being a problem with the starter or its solenoid.
I contacted warrior and was told that the generator was out of warranty even though it has never been used!
They quoted a vast sum to send out a new starter, but my advice is avoid Warrior like the plague they offer little help with their obviously dodgy equipment.

Really happy. Exactly what looking for. Great quality.

Ordered screed tripods on a Saturday, they were dispatched Monday and delivered by FedEx on Tuesday. Very fast service and good quality product and the best price I found online.

Ordered screed tripods and they were dispatched same day. Courier tracking informed next day delivery but did not show up. Phoned John and after a few phone calls found out the delivery van was stolen. John sent out new batch same day and received next day am delivery. Top notch customer service and product a great price and quality. Definitely recommend.

In ordered a lock for the garage after a break in. After looking around I ordered the garage lock from Warrior Weld and I wasn't disappointed. It is massive and really solid, way above what will find when you search the net. What I can say is that it wasn't easy to find them but I am glad I did.

Quick delivery ,I had to phone about a problem our end and person was very helpful and soon sorted

Good service and solid product. Fast shipping and fast communication with questions too. Helpful and perfectly suited.
