Imran was both helpful and knowledgeable. He even provided contact details. On a negative note I knew exactly what I required But Stuart Turner would not supply it to me neither do they have any servicing facilities. ST are the manufacturers of this very expensive pump but completely abdicate any spare parts supply. They make the thing, they make the part, they're happy to sell me a $600 pump but won't sell me a part. Not happy.

My 2 year old Monsoon pump just stopped working. I phoned and spoke to a technician without any noticeable delay. He was polite and knowledgeable. He explained what was possible over the phone. I sent some pictures. We tried some simple tests without success. It was believed the pump had a fault and would need to be seen by an engineer. It would be repaired or replaced at no cost as well within the warranty. This was all processed during the same call and details of the engineers sent to me. So far the service was excellent. I'm now waiting for a call within the next 24hrs.

I am not a plumber and do not know my ballcock from my plumbers mate. However I called Stuart turner on a whim as I have had a pump making odd noises for years. Have had several professionals around to have a look but no joy. They were very patient with me and helped identify the possible reasons. Helped me with the part numbers and set me on the right path to self heal. Very grateful to them.

Imran was very helpful and pleasant to speak to on the phone. He video called me to help me fix the issue and was polite friendly and helpful within the call Thankyou imran.

Having purchased a new pump 7 years ago as advised by my bathroom fitter as being the best on the market and bombproof, I was mortified when it stopped working today, knowing it was outside the 5 year warranty.
I phoned the helpline, expecting expensive call out and repair costs.
I spoke with Imran Hussain, who sent a link for a FaceTime call, so he could go through remedies.
Needless to say within a few minutes it was working.
I cannot recommend the pump and after sales service enough. Huge thanks.

I had an issue with my Mains Boost pump not working correctly, I contacted Stuart Turner and Muhammad was very helpful and fixed the issue first time round. Highly recommend this firm for their water pressure pumps!!

we had experienced problems with our plumbing and were recommended to change to Stewart Turner - what a difference it made !
The plumber who fitted it referred to Stewart Turner as the RollsRoyce of pumps and praised the quality of support from Eddie McCready in their Tech Department.

My desperate call to ‘Imran’ to assist me regarding my faulty pump was met with patience, support, understanding and he was extremely helpful in resolving, very quickly, the situation I was in. He had a great sense of the importance of being able to talk with me in easy terms and explained everything clearly.

Excellent. Instructor was great. I attended wanting to have a better understanding of the range of pumps and what situations they can be used for. This day covered all of that and has given me even more confidence when recommending what is a premium product to meet my customers needs. They also provided a great lunch !

Had issue with monsoon pump and the advice and help I received to test and diagnose fault was great, easy to understand and perform. Under warranty, no quibble, replacement on the way and can install before used pump gets returned. I think this is exceptional after-sales service and back-up. Big thanks to all at Stuart Turner.

The service provided by Eddie was excellent and very helpful however we have now had 3 of the same Showermate S2.0 bar TWIN pump replaced in 2.5 years - which we would not recommend.
Requested if we could pay the difference for an equivalent Monsoon model but was refused.

Updated this - Stuart Turner have provided a new pump which has been fitted and working great - thanks for sorting this issue.

We had a stuart turner pump that was installed and lasted 6 1/2 years until it failed. We had a plumber install exactly the same one and it has failed after 7 months. When we called Stuart Turner to try and get this fixed, they told us the pipes had been installed wrong and would not do anything to help us fix this. When we pointed out the previous identical pump had lasted 6 1/2 years, we were told we were just lucky! - absolute joke of a company - will never use them, again.

Would have given 5 for Brad who really was extremely helpful and solved my issue. Downgraded to 4 as I had trouble getting through to the correct person despite Eddie’s help and email and filling in form. I have had various Stuart Turner pumps in different properties and will always use this make over another. Glad Brad, the area manager helped me resolve my plumber issue.
