Brilliant range at excellent prices and with fast delivery
The website has a large range of items to chose from which meant I was able to find sanitary bins that were just the right size. I was able to pick up everything I needed in once place and it was delivered quickly which was a bonus as the prices were very keen.
I would definitely use the site again and would recommend Washroom Hub to other.

Ordered Thursday delivered Friday
Would have given five stars but for the fact that the expanding fixing bolt supplied comes with a hex bolt head.
The design of the unit does not allow sufficient space to be able to get a socket over the bolt head. You have to use a very large flathead screwdriver.
The recess needs to be enlarged to allow the socket to fit around the hex head or supply self drilling/tapping Torx head masonry anchors as an alternative. No issue with socket heads then.
Other than that, it’s a great product.

To be honest the delivery company fail 100%, the result it’s that we will not buy again.
PS: Who hired that company it’s to blame on same way. It’s a 2 star company for a reason.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by our delivery company, we understand how frustrating it is that they let you down as they have let us down too. We hope our fast response time and customer service to rectify issues was satisfactory for you. Perhaps leaving a negative for the couriers Trustpilot page would be more appropriate in this situation . I see you have been refunded in full by our team. Once again we apologise for any delivery troubles. Have a great day.
WALSH PLUMBING SERVICES
Having a plumbing company and trying to get the materials on time can be a nightmare but yet again Washroom Hub plays a blinder "Thankyou"

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with our delivery service. It appears the address details were not complete so our couriers were unable to locate your address. I am however, thrilled to see your order was delivered on the 1st of August. Thank you.
