We have been using WasteKing for their skip hire services for a number of years and cannot fault them, They are reasonably priced and always go above and beyond to accommodate us! A special thank you to Tracey who is such a pleasure to work with!

Alex was extremely helpful, friendly prompt and informative. The booking process was easy and payment was secure. Alex also offered suggestions for what we may need for the job. I chose a four yard skip which was delivered today by a very friendly and professional driver. It's the perfect size. Thank you!

I ordered a 12-yard skip to be delivered to my address via their website. After 24 hours they send me an email that they cannot deliver this skip for any reason. So I conclude their online ordering system is useless and time-wasting. They could have prevented the order in the first place. Avoid this company.

The Driver Daz was so helpful and welcoming. We just so happened to see our neighbour who was using their services and went over to ask if he could take a mattress we were struggling to take to a local refuse centre. As they are usually all booked up. He agreed and we called up and spoke with someone who quickly arranged a payment link via email. The whole process was so quick and efficient. Right place and right time. We will be using them again in the future.

Easy booking process

Tom is brilliant, I've had him helping us with clearing out waste twice now and always helpful and professional with a smile on his face!
Waste king is a good company to use and will continue to use them for future projects.

We booked a skip for delivery to site a week in advance, with delivery scheduled for Tuesday and collection the following Friday.

Tuesday came and went with no delivery and no communication. We had to chase the company ourselves, at which point we were told the issue would be investigated and we would receive a call back shortly. By Wednesday morning, having still heard nothing, we had to follow up again. This time we were advised the skip would be delivered either that afternoon or on Thursday.

Later that day, we then received an email advising that the delivery would not take place until the following Monday — after our contract had already required us to vacate site. When we explained that this was completely unsuitable due to contractual deadlines, the only alternative offered was to try and source a skip at an additional £50 cost to ourselves, due to their lack of availability.

This is entirely unacceptable. Not only did they fail to meet the agreed delivery timeframe, but they then attempted to pass on additional costs caused solely by their own resourcing issues. There was no meaningful attempt to honour the original agreement or offer a fair resolution — only a proposal that would leave us paying more for less service.

A full refund was issued, which appears to have been their only solution, despite the disruption caused to our programme of works.

If you are a business working to tight deadlines or contractual obligations, I would strongly advise avoiding this supplier.

We ordered a 6 yard skip, Jon turned up on time and was happy and out going. Everything was cleared same as last time. Temperature was 30 degrees and Jon worked hard and fast.

Everything went smoothly from booking through to organising collection which happened within 24 hours!

A special mention to Tom who collected the waste who gave me a text before to give me an ETA and was extremely polite and quick!
