Kept charging me more but resolved the error
When ordered skip bag I told them what would be in it…ceramic tiles. Huge delays in getting it collected as no replies to my calls and then cancelled pick ups. When eventually arrived driver said bag too heavy and that I needed to pay more. They took a very small amount of waste from the bag no where near the 300kg allowed. I paid for another weight allowance as determined by them and arranged another collection.when the driver arrived he said still over weight and that I needed to make a third payment. No one has ever weighed the waste merely looked at it and said that weighs too much! In the end I have been forced to pay for 1000 kg of waste collection to remove 30sq m of tiles which will not weigh more than 50% of what I was forced to pay for (according to google) I feel ripped off and would not recommend this company to anyone….following this experience the company reached out to me, acknowledged their error and dealt with my complaint. This was an excellent example of a business reacting to a problem. I have changed my rating from a 1 to a 5 accordingly

Booking was extremely easy - as an older person I needed help paying and Will Freeman was extremely kind and patient talking me through the procedure.
I would not hesitate to recommend this Company and would certainly use them again.

12 Days Waiting – The Skip Is Still Outside My Property
This was the second skip I ordered from Waste King. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The skip was due to be collected, but it has now been 12 days and it is still outside my property. I have contacted the company several times and was repeatedly told, "we're on our way" or "we'll collect it today," but nobody has turned up.
Because of this experience, I will never use Waste King again. It's a real shame, because I was planning to order three more skips from them for future work. After the poor communication and unreliable service I have received, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I cannot recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish. Belinda was great at estimating our requirements from photos & really helpful through the whole process. Dean, arrived promptly at the property & worked hard removing all the rubbish & even swept up before he left. Would use again
