Well I’m not gonna lie I was sceptical… However the free of charge sample I picked up at the London Watch Show was hugely impressive. So I’ve bought the kit and I’m now having great fun rejuvenating old watches 🤩

Exactly what the watch market needs.

I haven’t found a product to use to clean my watches so I’ve always used warm soapy water like google suggested. It’s not effective whatsoever.

This product is exactly what I was looking for and if I could have created something myself, it would have been this.

This should be five star as I cannot imagine someone using this and it not doing exactly what is says it will.

I will not bother you with how many mails I wrote to their delivery partner and them. I purchased 2 watch it shine kits & I payed custom taxes (25€). The order is in Holland since one month now beacause apparently there are missing information. the delivery company says the only people who can help me out is watch it shine, from witch i don't even get anwsers on my mails. This is really a shame and i their silence makes me doubting if this is a legit compagny.
It is difficult to accept that i just lost 135 euros!!!!!!

response to their unbelievable response. 1. I did pay the taxes and have proof of it. The problem was you didn't fill the correct information. 2 there is no mail back and forth with you as they only replied to one mail and i have proof of it. this i will never get back. 3. i got a refund only because i made a complaint via my creditcard. 4. Via delivery service show the product returned. Last but not least and this is the worst part watch it shine contradict my complaint and that i have to pay for a product I will never see. I have proof of everything so how do you dare? this is above bad customer service this is a scam.

First order never arrived so they sent another without quibble

I have a newer 2020 MY Rolex Stainless/Everose Gold 40MM Yachtmaster and the Everose gold part of the band had picked up hairline scratches over the past few months. I had heard good things about Watch It Shine and decided to give it a try. Just got the kit in yesterday and cleaned my watch today. It is as advertised. I did not even need to use the "Restore" spray. All I did was use the "Clean" spray solution along with the provided brush, then gave the watch a thorough rinse with lukewarm water. Then patted it down with the included plush microfibre cloth. The watch looks brand-new again and all the hairline scratches are gone. Again, this was just using the "Clean" solution. The "Restore" spray not quite necessary yet given that my watch is still relatively new. Highly recommend this kit for anyone looking to keep their watches looking like new.

Yesterday, I received a sweet box having raping, opening it found a Titan-Watch. My wife surprisingly gifted it to me.. I loved the watch and heard that she bought that from this website.. I am so thankful to this website for the excellent watch with great brand..

Placed an order on 16/02/21 04:22am SGT (GMT+8), which got shipped only on 26/02/21.
During 10 days I sent 2 emails, WhatsApp messages, 2 calls on indicated phone numbers. Received absolutely zero reply until I send an angry message to WhatsApp chat.
Person who's on that chat promised to send tracking number and never did.
No email with shipping information, have to go to the website to find out about the status.
Finally after all that effort they kindly shipped my order on 26/02/21 and I received it on 01/03/21.
Do not recommend to anyone. Spoiled the whole experience.
