As stated elsewhere here, their customer service is less than desirable. I asked if the original Longines warranty card came with the watch. They sent me a link to the warranty page, which is not what I asked for. I asked again, and they responded by asking what question wasn't answered. I reiterated the question, and they said no, the card doesn't come with the watch. The whole exchange was amateurish at best, and rude at worst. I was treated as if I was a nuisance and they were doing me a favor. I feel like I dodged a bullet, and told them that I'll take my business ($2.6k) elsewhere.

There was a problem with the shipper and the representative did not want to help. He just told me after they try to deliver to the wrong house two more times they will issue a refund eventually minus shipping costs. What a joke of a company,

I loved the watch but it was too big for my wrist. I returned it in original packaging as specified. Confirmation was received . I was informed that I would receive a refund in a week I think.

My biggest concern was if my watch would be authentic and if it would come in good working condition and brand new and with original box.
I'm happy to say that so far so good my watch came in and it looks and feels fantastic, Iv'e been wearing it everyday for about two weeks and its working great.
It did not come with any warranty card from Hamilton nor WatchMaxx but I'm assuming that with purchase order it's good enough for them to honor warranty.
The watch did come a little out of the cushion holder but it might be because of all the shipping and handling process, it came well protected.
I want to order the Hamilton Khaki Murph 42mm bundle with the leather strap and bracelet but I'm still thinking about it.
