Battery doesn’t last and cannot be replaced! Waste of $120 cause you must replace the whole unit. It was good for a yr but now it won’t hold the charge.

I bought Complete Care 5.5 in December and the tooth brush has stopped charging. I contacted the number provided and was told that they were unable to issue refunds, but as I’d bought it directly from them to send an email. I sent an email three weeks ago and received a reply saying that they were having issues with issuing refunds and that they were ‘urgently’ looking into it with their management team. I sent another email two weeks later asking for a replacement ( a toothbrush of similar value) if they were still unable to process refunds. They can’t do that either as they have withdrawn the Complete Care range.
There is no point offering warranties if they don’t honour them. I’m not looking into the next steps I’ll take.

Bought battery flosser and by 5 months had lost all power even with new Duracell batteries. Support telephone insisted complaint sent by email and when done they just said they did not refund
I would suggest you buy a decent make bit thus rubbish

I have been using a Waterpik flosser for 4 years.

The company has excellent customer service!

When the first one failed, just 3 months shy of the 3 year warranty, they were very quick to send me a new unit (not refurbished) at no cost and no shipping!

My only complaint is that the replacement unit does not have ANY warranty at all and it failed in less than a year. I would have expected at least a one year warranty.

I did get a $5.00 mail-in rebate.

It is very convenient that you can communicate with emails - No chat (I don't type well at all) and no stupid bots or Ai!

I got a faulty waterpix system from them , In the box is a card that says contact them before returning it to the store , and thats what I did. But they have the worst customer service ever. Its like they just play games telling you that maybe its the tooth paste is to blame, its brand new how can the tooth paste be to blame. then they have you do a reset that does noting at all. What a lousy product with bad customer service , do yourself a favor and do not use this company

I left a review on their website for their product & they removed it! what the heck?! They are CENSORING the truth, just like other billionaires! Their electric flosser causes harm. It has bluetooth technology which emits EMFs (radiation) into your mouth. In other words, their devices causes cancer over enough use and over enough time...

My Waterpik ion is 4 weeks old and it was a defective unit from the start.
We did all the trouble shooting steps for 2 weeks and still nothing, another 2 weeks have passed and I am still trying to get a replacement. I called them over 4 times so far however the customer service attendants are the worst ever. It’s like they are trying to give me hard time for NO REASON whatsoever. All they do is reading from a script that does not make sense.
Now they wanted to do a visual trouble shooting however, the representative was not able to log in at her end which is not my fault. So this delayed my whole process again. Meanwhile, I have no water flosser to use and I am angry and frustrated with their ignorance.
I requested a supervisor and left a message but 24 hours later yet no response.
Bottom Line, never again Waterpik. They need to train their reps to have courtesy and make sure they at least graduated high school.

The brush battery doesn't charge and was not able to get an replacement under warranty even thou it has been 8 months since i purchased it they did offer acoupon. Don't waste your money poor customer experience. It will be an expensive $180.00 landfill item. Very irresponsible business practices. I will stick to sustainable tooth brushes. I was hoping to use this for MANY years.

Purchased replacement brushes for my new flosser to have when I needed them. The information on the comany's website did not have any information on models brushes were compatible with so I assumed they were interchangeable . They are not. Contacted the company and they would not do anything about this (e.g replace) and just kept repeating the same response to each e-mail - the purchase had been made more that 14 days ago. Very poor service - stay clear

Our new "chrome" Waterpik hand-held showerhead works well but smells really bad, even a month after buying it. Have tried washing it with rose-scented soap and water, then Lysol spray but with no good results. About to toss it. Shameful to sell such nastiness. China wins again.

I got the waterpik cordless and I was very disappointed; it's way too harsh and so I can't even use it. Very disappointed; waste of money.

Had a problem with a broken pivot ball plastic guide on the arm of my handheld shower. Immediately sent a new one out under their warranty. Best customer service I have ever had to deal with. Thanks very much

I have had two of the mains powered flosser with separate tank. Both lasted less than two years. The hose became brittle and leaked on both. The second one despite never being moved from our vanity unit developed a crack in the tank. Gave up and just bought another brand for half the price which works just as well

I ordered a water pik brush w/ flossing. I ordered based on name brand & pricing. It arrived & sorry to say the brush head is very small. I contacted the company who informed me I wasn't first to complain about size of brush head. Offered me to "purchase" a larger brush head. Since company had prior complaints about size of brush head & they enlarged it, why wasn't it now available in the newest purchase? I believe the company should send me the newer brush head @ no charge since they even admitted others have complained about brush head size. I should NOT have to purchase it when I just purchased the product.

We purchased a Waterpik showerhead that came with a PVC shower hose. Unfortunately, the product was packaged in a hard plastic clamshell, which is not only difficult to open but also difficult to recycle. After showering with it for the first time, the bathroom smelled like intoxicating PVC fumes, even though the 80 CFM bathroom fan was running continuously. We removed the hose immediately and replaced it with a previous Waterpik shower hose that did not smell as toxic, but still has PVC plastic on the inside. As for the showerhead itself, it has a nozzle that is spraying water in a different direction because of a quality control issue. We also reused a flow rate adjuster from a previous Waterpik shower system, which in true Waterpik fashion, is leaking and dripping every few seconds. We checked to ensure that all connections were sufficiently tightened and verified that the leak is originating from an internal manufacturing defect. We have since purchased an American Standard shower kit to replace the Waterpik products.

Purchased Waterpik Cordless Plus Water Flosser. It is made in China and designed and tested in Colorado. I emailed Waterpik to bring production to America. Email address is on the box

It does have a bigger water reservoir. However it is hard to empty remaining water after flossing

Purchased the waterpik showerhead, model # VSA-653E at the base BX. If it was possible to give this item a negative star I would! Unwrapping the hose it had a kink in it. Wen I called waterpik, they said just run hot water thru it. I don't understand how hot water will do anything to a metal shield but I tried it, of course with no success. Now for the most important part. The settings just suck! My wife and I hate it! not one setting on the head works right. This was a complete and total waste of $40, and the BX won't take it back! The people at waterpik don't seem to care either.
Save your money, don't buy this useless item...
