The place itself is beautiful, we came with 2 young children so did clear the decorations out of windows to avoid breakages 😂 they had plenty of space to play and there were only a small number of steps which made it a lot easier with a 19 month old. Having an outside seating area made it for us by just having the extra space for the pram and beach toys! Kelly was super helpful when I messaged her! We have the best time here and will definitely book again!

Loved the new menu , we go every Wednesday staff lovely food great , love the relaxed atmosphere service very quick and nothing to much trouble great afternoon

The apartment’s location is perfect, is just like home from home , outside decking is great for people watching & seeing the activity in the harbour , will definitely book again , ❤️

This is my 4th time at Watersedge and I would not want to go anywhere else.
Cleanliness is to a high standard.
Everything and more you would need for your stay.
The view is breathtaking.
And very reasonably priced for tha amazing location.

Our stay at Waters Edge had been two years in the making due to personal issues….. and was most definitely worth the wait. It was our first stay too and most definitely won’t be the last. The property is so beautifully presented, clean, spacious and very well laid out. It was lovely having a morning coffee out on the covered decking and having a lovely nerving drink after days out and about. Crabbing is literally 3 steps from the door.
The property is perfectly situated to catch the ferry boat to East Looe or meander to Hanafore, or if your brave enough the coastal walk to Polperro.

A Beautiful place to stay and in such a lovely location, it has everything you need and more! The beds were so comfortable, the living room very cosy and the Snug was such a special bonus! Myself and my Husband stayed for 4 nights with my Mum and our little 2 year old daughter, it was such fun to crab fish right on the doorstep and watch the tide come in and out. So much thought has gone into the decor and how to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, we’ll definitely be coming back again!

We had a fantastic stay at Waters Edge.
The location was absolutely amazing, and being able to sit on the terrace and watch all the activity on the river was a real highlight of our visit.

There was a great selection of restaurants & cafes within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The accommodation itself was stylish, extremely comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay.

We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in a beautiful location.

What can we say about waters edge, This was our second stay at the apartment and straight away it felt like we had never been away.
Spotlessly clean with a lovely welcome pack. The apartment is full of everything you will need for your stay, including books, games, body board and crabbing kit for both small and big kids.
Having breakfast on the covered decking area with the sun beating down (when it's out) is so relaxing with the trawlers going out to sea and the sound of the ever present sea gulls over head.
Waters edge is located in an ideal location just a couple of minutes walk from a local shop and the jolly sailor pub, good food and beer. The main part of looe is just a few minutes walk over the bridge or if the tide is in a 30 second ferry trip, with it's fantastic beach and probably one of the best pastie shops in Cornwall, Sarah's pasties, a must do when there.
We finished our week, which was over to soon with a super meal at the portbyhan, the sea bass was so good.
Will definitely be looking at going back again.

Fab place,clean,modern,homely with everything you need. Agent is very helpful. View,position,layout all excellent. The deck area is a real asset and so different, nice to have an outside space, especially in the middle of town.

We had an amazing stay at the Water’s Edge over the bank holiday weekend. The accommodation is second to none, it’s got a real homely vibe with wonderful comfy beds, lush furnishings and lovely local wall prints. The decked outside seating area is great for snuggling up with the family on an evening and watching the boats return. We 100% recommend this gem in the heart of Looe and we’ll definitely be back again soon

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday let. The property was lovely, with stunning views and everything we needed for a relaxing break. The welcome gift was a thoughtful touch and made us feel at home straight away.

Kelly was incredibly accommodating, helping us with a last-minute booking, and her communication throughout was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, and correspondence was prompt and friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. We’ll definitely be looking to book again in the future.

We have just finished a fantastic, relaxing weeks stay at Waters Edge. Firstly Kelly the host was brilliant with her communication to us, very informative and attentive. Next the apartment WOW just WOW amazing tasteful decor very stylish, everything you need and more is provided, the beds are very comfortable the best sleeps I’ve ever had when staying somewhere else. We took my partners 88 yr old mum she enjoyed the comfort and views from the front bedroom and we all enjoyed sitting on the decking watching the world go by and chatting to people as they passed. Very comfy sofa and chairs again you can’t stop watching out of the window the boats and the river rolling in and out. We ate a few times at the Jolly Sailor and the heritage centre next door recommend the crab sandwiches! Easy to walk to East Looe for more shops and more eateries. Lovely walks to explore around. We have already book again to stay next year with friends. Thank you Kelly and James for sharing your beautiful place

We have just enjoyed a short stay at Waters Edge Holiday Lets in West Looe and we highly recommend it. We had excellent communications and instructions and updates right from the start and felt really looked after by host Kelly, with every effort made to ensure our stay was a great experience. Beautiful accommodation and ideally located - we couldn’t have asked for more. We even found dropping off our car at nearby Hannafore was no trouble at all, as it’s only a very short stroll back along the harbour front which is all lit up. We have enjoyed it so much we have already booked to go again later this year, and as fans of Beyond Paradise it was a joy to be right next to the Sardine Factory (location of Martha’s new restaurant - The Ten Mile Kitchen). We really enjoyed being in West Looe for a change and found all the local shops and restaurants within easy walking distance were very welcoming. 😊

Waters Edge is a beautiful property, in a prime location.
A lovely setting by the water. We very much enjoyed our stay both inside and out. Highly recommended.

We came to stay at Water's Edge for Christmas and we could not have picked a better place!

The flat is beautiful and even more so when we arrived to the place decorated for Christmas, complete with hot chocolate and treats!

Water's Edge has everything you could possibly need and the beds are SO comfortable!

On Christmas eve after going for tea in Looe we sat and had hot chocolate on the decking overlooking the harbour (the blankets provided made this even better!) and it was perfect!

Looe is magical at Christmas and there is nowhere else we would of wanted to stay! We all agreed this is the best place we have ever stayed!

Kelly was an amazing host and communication was spot on all the way through!

We will definatley be back! Xx

Kelly is a very communicative and friendly host.
There are 2 small steps onto the decking area which is great for sitting at any time in any weather. We visited December and even in the cold, Kelly provided blankets and it was gorgeous to watch the harbour.
The decor in the flat is beautiful. It was equipped with everything we would need for a short weekend.
100% recommend.

Great 4 day stay at Waters Edge. Fantastic location for exploring the coastal walks or just relaxing and watching the fishing boats going by, very comfortable apartment, finished to a high spec, definitely recommend.
