Big shout out to Nathan Stevens for helping solve my IT issue very quickly, without fuss and no break in service.

From ordering, to site surveys, to upgrades and handover, everything seemed to be a simple transaction, regular communication provided by Pegah Yakhchaliha , who has been a great link with Wavenet, for a simple transition

Kiran solved my problem quickly and efficiently.

I would like to thank David McCree at Customer Service for his tremendous help with sorting out a few issues that I had. He really went above and beyond every time I had to contact the company. 5 stars to David!

A great company who do nothing but hit our high expectations every time. The telephony product we use is excellent. We put it in place in 2021 - with faultless integration work from Wavenet - and not had a single fault with it since.

Special mention for Tom Grandy and Jake Sousa-Clachan as Account Managers, and Tracey Hudson and Gili Brazier in the Provisioning Team. They are polite, prompt and knowledgeable, acting with the utmost professionalism at every contact.

I recommend Wavenet as a telephony supplier without any hesitation.
