I ordered a wool jacket - this was not coming and I attempted to cancel but was told it could not be cancelled....I contacted bank and cancelled payment. Emailed repeatedly to cancel - telling them it was a scam and I hade reported it and was told no unable to - eventually a very cheap item arrived but they have refused to answer emails.

Terrible quality clothes. Took a long time to arrive so tried to cancel the order. This wasn’t possible. Goods arrived and were cheap imports. Refund is only possible by sending items back to China so clearly it’s not worth doing!

Don't use this site the pictures they use to attract you are not the same instead they send you a cheap copy from CHINA which is a piece of trash nothing like the pictures at all!!
They say they are based in London but this has come from china and they expect you to send it all the way back to china at your own cost and then they will consider a refund which is highly unlikely! SCAM company do not purchase from them..BEWARE!!

£30 Cost to me to return inferior coats!
I have just returned the 2 inferior coats sent to me by Waverly. The 2nd was supposed to be better quality and free, both exactly the same rubbish. I have now returned them to China at a cost to myself of £30! When I receive the refund of £49.95 I will be out of pocket by £30 but as they would have been sent to a charity shop, decided to at least get something back. Learn from this if you are reading this review!

The Company pretends to be UK-based Waverly London, but returning an item has been a complete nightmare. I paid £17 pounds for return shipping on 24/11/2025 and its almost 2 months ago but I still have not received my £68 pounds refund. The shoes themself look dodgy and low quality, nothing like what was advertised. To make matters worse, the parcel is held at customs forever which clearly shoes not a straightforward UK Bussiness as they claim. I wasted £85 pounds in total, with no refund in sight. Avoid purchase from this site at all cost, absolutely misleading, stressful and the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had!! So don't believe the 30 days money back guarantee badge on their website.

This is a terrible “shop”. What you see is not what you get. I bought some boots for £45, based on their website and advertisement. They arrived from China and are of such poor quality and design - nothing like the advertisement. I have asked for a refund but they tell me I have to pay to return them to China first. Apparently they have a London shop but it doesn’t seem to have an address. I’ve obviously been had and this is a warning others. AVOID

Second review, yesterday the coat came to late for its intended purpose, wrong colour , looked like something someone had binned, made of felt that you would cut to make toys with terrible, so if those of you who read my first review read on ,which states reported to trading standards, also my bank who are investigating this company , due to the fact emails when asked for a refund they contradicted themselves ,lie after lie so forwarded to the bank. Now after sending e- mails for a return label as this jacket is unfit for purpose not even what was ordered in colour. I have heard nothing even though their response to my first review asked me to contact them so they could resolve it and issue a full refund, well it appears that is not going to happen , what they write on here is not what they do , its yet another scam to make people reading these reviews they take it seriously and will make good, DON'T BELIEVE IT . this company needs to be investigated by the advertising companies as well , any high street shop or even Amazon , Debenhams on line so on so forth do not treat customers with so much disrespect and take them for fools. When they say they trade here and are based the money is banked in HOLLAND as that is where the transaction was sent. this review will be forwarded to my bank as well so they are kept up to date . Firstly if I could zero stars I would. The website is misleading it’s not a uk company, everything is from China. The coat was cheap fabric not as advertised and the fabric pattern doesn’t match which makes it unwearable. The website doesn’t show any photos of the back of the coat which has a major fault. It arrives with labels cut out and no tags which prevents you returning it for a refund as their policy states it must be returned with original labels. THIS COMPANY IS TOTAL SCAM, AVOID !!!!!

I ordered on line believing I was ordering from Waverly London UK the advertisement portrayed a London street with two females, I received two items which were of poor quality the cardigan and coat from Waverly London had no labels on each garment, no fabric content and no care labels UK Law including clothes from China must have fabric and care labels, especially when sold in major markets like the US, EU, or within China itself, with specific requirements for fiber content, origin, manufacturer info, and clear washing/care symbols (often in Chinese for domestic sale, but English for export), ensuring consumer safety and transparency.
For Products Sold in China (Domestic Market)
Mandatory: Labels are required by Chinese standards (like GB 18401) and must be in Chinese.
Content: Must include fiber composition, safety codes (Class A, B, C), care instructions, and manufacturer/distributor details with registration numbers.

Misleading advertising and scam

Only giving them 1 star because it arrived. Very poor quality better quality from shein. No returns.
Luckily I applied to my credit card for my money back successfully.

Do not buy from this company, this is an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to disguise themselves as a UK based clothing company. These items are EXACTLY the same items provided by shein and temu but they are at a fraction of the price, unlike this overpriced crap! Quality, look, feel, you name it.... All utterly atrocious. And to top it off, the label is cut out!
This coat was £50 (supposedly Cambridge wool) and bought for me as a Christmas present... Only fit for the clothes bank to see someone through until they are back on their feet.
