No customer service number. No online chat (despite website saying otherwise!). Missing parts with no explanation (paid for next day delivery). Really poor experience.

Very speedy response and effective advice

I am so disappointed to be leaving this review but these spas are the worst I have dealt with.

I bought one at Christmas and within one week it was broken, faulty heater issue and it was constantly losing water.

Contacted the company and was told I had to wait until February to have the heater replaced.

The spa was completely unusable, it was going above 40 degrees sometimes going to 43/44 and then it just completely locked out.

After a lot of talk I managed to get a replacement spa and this one lasted 2 weeks doing the exact same thing.

I requested a full refund, what a nightmare that was to get sorted! I had to send back the heater which meant I had to dispose of the rest of the spa myself! The heater was received right away but it took over 6 weeks to get our refund.

We’ve went to another company , which I am absolutely gutted about. I loved the style , size etc and the fact that the spa did retain heat much better than the one we’ve had to buy but I just couldn’t face another faulty spa with them.

Wave Spas have been responsive and understanding in dealing with me.

I had some issues with my original order, so I contacted customer service. Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me sort everything out. I placed my order on the 22nd at around 15:30, and my paddleboard was delivered the very next morning at 09:30 — incredibly fast.
A massive thank you to Elizabeth for the support. You’ve been amazing.
I’ll leave a separate review about the paddleboard once I’ve had the chance to try it, but I’m confident I’ll love it. My partner already has a Waves paddleboard, and I absolutely love his, so I’m excited to try mine.

Fantastic Experience from start to finish been looking for a while to replace a lazy spa that failed liked the idea of integrated pump and the price was fantastic set up was a breeze and it’s a great size I would recommend it over a lazy spa defo

Order through curry’s still not got it delivered said 3 to 5 day delivery no tracking information on day 7 still nothing and no idea if I am going to receive it

I bought a spa through Currys, and it arrived with an incorrect panel.

I contacted Currys for a resolution, but common sense could not prevail; although I was talking to a human, it was very much a computer doing the thinking.

I went directly to Wave Spas with the issue. Within 10 minutes (two emails), a sensible resolution was achieved. Fantastic.

I don’t know if we just received a faulty spa but it has been a complete disappointment from the moment we unboxed it. Faulty controller, replaced it. Filter system does not work. Heat pump Ron’s constantly even after reaching desired temperature and the only customer service is thru email. We have not even been able to use the spa enough to know if it would be beneficial. Disappointed is an understatement…..strong NO for me. If the pump continually runs, it’s NOT efficient . The pump will wear out and your power bill will decently cost more than $4 dollars a day.
