To collect a vehicle with Waygo, it is mandatory to present a credit card in the name of the main driver, with a minimum validity of 3 months. This card is required to place the security deposit for the insurance excess, and this requirement is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions.
Regarding the refund, the amount returned was calculated according to the cancellation policy associated with the reservation.

Recollida i retorn amb "shuttle" al aeroport de Lisboa, impecable. Fins i tot ens varen dur a la T2, quan en principi el servei de sortida es sols a la T1.

15 days after checkout I dont receive my deposit return yet. I check my credit card account several times and it doesnt appear. Do yo have some problems?

Super service hvor de leverede bil i Lagos til os, da vores bestilte bil ikke var registreret korrekt i deres system. Så vi kunne ikke få den bestilte SUV da vi ankom, den blev leveret dagen efter i Algarve, som kompensation fik vi gratis benzin. Flot service! Afhentning meget langsom, nok pga at den bestilte bil ikke var hjemme.

Péssima Experiência
Alugamos um carro na WayGo Car Rental através da CarJet , com levantamento para a 10:30 e infelizmente atrasamos nos 3 horas neste levantamento. Chegamos lá para alugar e para além de um atendimento péssimo informaram nos que a reserva tinha sido cancelada. O valor que tinha sido pago foi cobrado a mesma e saímos de lá sem carro.

Lamentamos o desfecho da sua experiência e compreendemos a frustração associada a um imprevisto na viagem. No entanto, gostaríamos de esclarecer alguns pontos importantes.
A sua reserva foi feita com hora marcada para levantamento às 10h30, tendo o veículo ficado reservado até duas horas após esse horário, conforme indicado nos termos e condições do voucher enviado no momento da reserva. Após esse período, e na ausência de qualquer contacto da sua parte ou informação sobre o atraso do voo, o veículo foi automaticamente atribuído a outro cliente.
Na Waygo, procuramos sempre encontrar soluções — mesmo fora da hora prevista. No entanto, tratou-se de um no-show sem aviso prévio, e infelizmente não nos foi possível garantir a viatura mais tarde.
Estamos disponíveis para qualquer esclarecimento adicional através dos canais oficiais.
