Marmion Recruitment Reviews

Of the 20 years I have been hiring in tech companies I have never been more impressed than in my recent dealings with Marmion! We had several crucial roles across our customer success, technical support and sales teams that we had to get right and get right quickly. Not only are we delighted with our new hires but what really impressed us was the quality of any candidate put forward due to their rigorous screening which meant we ended up eliminating our previous 1st stage interviews – saving us a lot of time! We especially appreciated how they came to spend time with us in the office to get a real sense of our culture and really cared about making sure we found the perfect match… again and again!

Nothing but praise for Marmion recruitment from start to finish, particularly from Alice who was extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend to anyone looking for assistance with their job search.

Treated with great respect and felt truly valued.
The service and treatment from Julian was world class. He went above and beyond in every aspect throughout the process. A real asset to Marmion.

Alice was a total star, gave great guidance and confidence - I'd highly recommend for getting a candidate who was 'your' ideal!

A trusted former colleague recommended I contact Janet McGlaughlin at Marmion when I was looking for an EA.
Janet took the time to listen and understand the role thoroughly. Not just the skills needed, but the actual character of each candidate, that would ensure a solid match.
She wrote a campaign that accurately described the complexities of the role, and the specifics required. The entire process was taken great care of: from screening of all applicants; shortlisting the candidates; creating an interview schedule, working with me in the interviews to ensure I was able to get what I needed, and maintaining great communication to retain engagement on both sides.
Thanks to Janet I now have a fantastic EA, and when I am next looking to hire, it will be Marmion I go to, and will recommend to others too.

Recruitment agencies are a bit of a minefield and finding a good one that works with good companies is difficult.

Jonny was brilliant from start to finish during my recruitment journey. Quick and efficient contact, really approachable, good preparation advice and gave a very honest and accurate impression of the company I was ultimately successful with.

I have nothing bad to say at all!

My experience with Marmion has been a great one!

From the very first point of contact to the very end of the recruitment/interview process, Julian was always available to help and guide with securing the interview and preparation all throughout. Absolutely flawless experience, this agency definitely stands out from the crowd through the effort they put into the people they work with!

Once again, thank you Julian 🙏

My experience with Marmion was amazing. Jonny answered any questions I had and had a phone call with me to ask some general questions. From there Jonny made the process easy and simple organising the meetings and interviews and was supporting all the way through answering any questions.

It's been an absolute pleasure and I must say it is the far best Recruitment Agency ever and I would definitely recommend Marmion recruitment. Simply the best! Thanks ever so much to Alice McGlaughlin for all the support provided on the journey leading up to my new position. You are a great asset to this company. Thank you, simply 5* agency !

From first of point of contact to the day I got the answer we had all been working towards. It is clear that Alice is a shining light in the recruitment world. Having previously worked with recruiters as both a hirer and as the candidate, she has delivered the best service I have experienced so far. She is passionate, caring, professional and ultimately, very good at what she does. I can’t recommend her service enough, and hope to be working with her again in my new role. Thank you Alice, and thank you Marmion.

Had a smooth quick and easy process with a consultant called Julian. He was always on hand to help me with any queries or worries I had. He was thorough with his work and gave me the assistance needed to land my next role!

Really positive experience with this recruitment company. Julian in particular was fantastic. Lots of communication, updates and assistance. Highly recommend this company if looking for a new role!

I had an great experience with them, they kept me in the loop with every change in the process and helped me feel confident about the process!

Working with Alice during my redundancy was such a good experience that it actually inspired me into recruitment myself. Being in the same industry has taught me how much time and effort she spent to help me find my next role, and I now hope to have the same impact she did now I have started my new career in recruitment too :)

Julian helped me to get my dream job. He was friendly and motivated throughout the whole process. He was always available to answer all of my questions.

Julian made sure I was ready for every single interview which made the process so much easier and enjoyable.Marmion is the best recruitment company I have came across. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and Family.

I have had the pleasure and luck of being supported by Alice following my job application, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Her industry knowledge and guidance were invaluable, and her commitment to my success made all the difference.

I wholeheartedly recommend her to any professional seeking a dedicated recruitment partner.

Thank you, Alice, for helping in making my job application a success!

Best regards,
Gabriela.

Alice from Marmoin was a delight to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to secure the role I wanted at the salary I wanted. Her prep calls and feedback were brilliant and was very responsive when I needed her to be. Best recruitment agency I've worked for and would strongly recommend anyone to get Alice on their side.

Jonny at Marmion was the primary recruiter that I dealt with throughout my journey with them.
All the way through he either answered any calls I made straight away or called me back asap.
At the start we had a discussion about the suitability of the role from both what my new employer needed and what my requirements were.
Really good communication throughout the whole process alongside the above made the whole process a positive experience.

Alice and the Team at Marmion provide a great professional service, throughout the whole process the communication was great and the prep work they do with potential candidates is very thorough. We have a brilliant new member of our team and would not hesitate to recommend.

Marmion assisted me in applying for a job opportunity with a client of theirs. From the first time chatting with them they helped advise and assist, with background information on the company, on how to approach the interview and the care and individual touches are the best I've recieved from any recruitment company previously.
The interviews ( stage 1 & 2) went very well however a last minute change with the company from a budget perspective meant the role had to be retracted.
Even though I was disappointed, Alice was very apologetic and could not apologise enough. These things happen but Alice has gone above and beyond expectations. Even now weeks after she still keeps in contact to see how things are going and is a genuinely lovely person.
Even though the role fell through, Marmion (Alice) have still provided a top Class, professional service and after care.

Can't thank them enough.
