Marmion Recruitment Reviews

My journey with Marmion and particularly Alice, who handled my recruitment process, was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, Alice was there in my corner, offering me guidance and support.

Her professionalism and care set a high bar, and her dedication was clear in every interaction we had. She was consistently available, ready to answer my questions, and she made what could have been a stressful process smooth and straightforward.

I really appreciate Alice's efforts in helping me secure my new role. It was a truly positive experience and one I would highly recommend to others.

So, for anyone looking for top-notch recruitment service, look no further than Marmion. Alice and the team go above and beyond to make sure you are supported every step of the way.

Thank you, Alice and Marmion, for an outstanding experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Alice as my recruitment consultant, and she was exceptional throughout the entire process. Alice is incredibly personable, readily available, and willing to go above and beyond to keep me informed, address any concerns, and position me to always present my best self. Anyone who has Alice as their point of contact should consider themselves extremely lucky. She is a credit to Marmion.

My experience with Marmion was phenomenal. Alice was professional and helpful from the very start. She moved things smoothly and I have never experienced an easier interview to offer process with a previous recruiter. Alice also went out of her way to make sure I was well informed and prepared for the interview with the company. I highly recommend Marmion to anyone looking for professional, friendly recruiters.

A huge thank you to Marmion, Especially Jonny for helping me finding the job that can truly kickstart my future career in IT, Super helpful whenever you need them they’re there for you and always chasing up any jobs when needed. Great laugh too so it feels like you have a friend in recruitment so you don’t need to be concerned cause they’ll reassure when needed and prepare you to be the best and most efficient for the interview. HIGHLY recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service from Marmion, Alice has been amazing, she talked me through the prospective position, taking time to understand my key motivation for changing my role. She was always very helpful, friendly and so enthusiastic about the role I was applying for and how I would fit with the company, Alice clearly knows her clients well and I have accepted the position today and so excited for my next challenge. Thank you Alice, you’re a star and a real credit to Marmion!

Julian and Alice both gave me overwhelming support to prepare me for two different interviews. I never felt a burden asking for additional help, and they ultimately helped me get the role I was looking for. Fantastic recruitment team I would use again!!

From day one, I was kept in the loop from Julian who supported me in applying for my new role. Julian called to run through interview preparation to ensure I was fully prepared. Julian was always a call away and always on hand to help out with the smallest issues and questions. I have never gone through a recruitment agency before but after this experience I can definitely say I would use Marmion again!

An amazing recruitment company to work with. I applied online and since the start Julian took care of my application. He arranged not just interviews but actually helped me to prepare for them and I got offeredfor the role. Moreover he also acted as a laison between myself and the company and sorted my offer letter quiet quickly.I cannot recommend this company enough to everyone. 5 stars for Julian.

Working with Alice to get my latest job was a pleasure, she helped me prepare and gave me all the help I needed and it paid off as I was offered the job.

Would highly recommend Marmion service especially if you get to work with Alice

I can't recommend Alice highly enough! I got in touch with Marmion purely to get a little information on a role adverstised. I was quickly put forward as a candidate and subsequently got the position. The process was professional, quick yet very efficient with an execeptional level of communication throughout. The thing that struck me most was Alice's supportive nature, infectious enthusiasm and genuine belief that I was a great fit for the position. Alice gave advice when it was needed, but listened to what I was actually saying and understood. She also had my back and did not hesitate to speak on my behalf with the employer to ensure I got a fair deal. Alice has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Thank you and I wish you all the best!!

Jonny at Marmion contacted me to discuss a role within 30 minutes of me applying for the same. Jonny was professional, friendly and so helpful, he was there for me every step of the way from the moment I applied, right through to my first day at my new company and I’m so grateful for all his help. I would recommend Marmion to absolutely anyone looking for a new role. Thanks so much for everything Marmion!

Having had bad experience with recruiters in the past, Alice and Sophie were a breath of fresh air!
They we're both super supportive and kept communications open every step of the way. Its very clear that Marmion cares about you as an individual.

Near the end of my application proses there were a few delays on the employers side but Alice was more than happy to keep giving me daily updates on any changes so i never felt forgotten.

If I ever need a recruiter again (hopefully i wont) i will be coming straight back to Marmion

Exceptional service from Marmion, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Alice, Sophie and Janet were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and supportive and I would highly recommend their services.

I had a great experience, lots of support and great communication.

Alice at Marmion. I cannot recommend Alice at Marmion enough. She supported me through the whole process. She spent the time to get to know me, not only as a candidate but as an individual. I always felt I could ring her and talk through my thoughts through the process. I’ve dealt with my fair share of recruiters, none like Alice.

I couldn't recommend Jonny at Marmion enough, was so thorough, friendly and honest thoughout my application and appointment. He ensured I had as much information and was prepped as much as possible. Communicated with me and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Thanks Jonny!

I recently worked with Julian Williams and Matt Pallister to find a fantastic role in SaaS Sales.

The initial conversation with Matt was insightful, as he provided valuable information on what his clients are looking for in a candidate.

The ongoing process then working with Julian was extremely useful, in terms of being supported at what felt like the right level. What I liked most about this experience was its uniqueness, in terms of knowing that Julian was there to support when needed, but it was up to me to lead the conversation, unless he contacted me with information to benefit the process - every conversation had a purpose.

It was a pleasure working with Matt and Julian, who are a credit to their organisation. I would encourage anyone to work with them if looking to acquire a corporate role. Thank you both for your time!

I must give a great big thanks to Matt Pallister who went above and beyond to ensure my application, interviews and journey process went so smoothly and successfully. Luckily I got given the role I applied for with the help of Marmion. Very fast, easy going and helpful company that do really help you find the next step. I would recommend to use these guys if you are ever in need of what you really want to do as they’ll help you a great amount.

I’ve worked with Marmion as a candidate and with Marmion recruiting for positions I required for the last 5 years. Janet, Matt and the team have continually delivered with the best candidates, understanding what I required, understanding the business and culture . The care, attention, communication and delivery that both the candidates receive and myself was exceptional. Using Marmion you know your in safe hands to find the right job and the best candidates .

Alice was fantastic start to finish.

I was put at ease immediately, kept informed throughout the whole process and ultimately successful, starting my new role in the new year!

I cannot recommend Marmion enough. Thank you!
