POPSTORE Reviews

I hadn’t heard of this company before and so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was really impressed with the friendly communication, speed of delivery (using Royal Mail) and the robust packaging. A very good buying experience.

Searched the internet for a particular Vinyl that was hard to find. Found it on their website and from the moment of ordering I cannot fault the service I received. They kept me up to date from the moment I ordered. Great service. Great packaging and very fast delivery.

Awesome service.

I received precisely what I requested, and the personal touch of a handwritten note inside was delightful. Discovering they were enjoying 'People Watching' during the packing process increased my admiration for this company! I am absolutely purchasing from them again. The prices are also quite reasonable.

Great selection, fast delivery and lovely packaging.
What else could you want?

Really pleased I came across this store whilst searching! Second time I've ordered & the service is speedy, friendly & prices are very competitive.
Unfortunately one of my orders arrived with a small amount of damage during transit & Tom gave perfect customer service & was incredibly fast at sending a replacement. Highly recommend these guys :)

Order arrived in good time! Well packaged (Thanks Tom!) Can't wait to get it on the player!

very quick delivery, item posted very securely. will definitely be buying from this shop again

Ordered a few vinyls from here after getting a player for Christmas. All play great and were priced really well compared to other places

First time using popstore, fabulous service and prices, would highly recommend and will use again without doubt.
Many thanks

Package exactly what I ordered. Loved the handwritten note inside. Knowing that they were listening to ‘People Watching’ while packing the order made me love this company even more! Will DEFINITELY be buying from here again. Good prices aswell.

super fast shipping, no damages to the packaging at all. super happy

Super to do business with ! Ordered day one and received day three (I didn't pay for fast postage) well packaged and perfect I will be back

Really impressed with Popstore. I recently ordered the Sam Fender 'People Watching' deluxe vinyl album. It arrived really quickly and played like a dream. Equally as important, the comms from Popstore were first class. A personalised note was included (always a lovely touch as far as I'm concerned) and it's really nice to know that I'm buying from real people who care. I'll definitely be buying from Popstore again.

Very easy transaction and extremely quick to deliver

Fast postage! Great products lovely personal touch 10/10 will be buying again

Easy website to use, great packaging with care taken to pop a personal message in there of thanks. Will definitely be using again before long.

Great price, well packaged, item as described. A1 seller 😀

I ordered this on Christmas Day for my granddaughter's birthday. Imagine my surprise when I received it December 28th. I ordered it early thinking I might wait a while since it was Christmas and that it might sell out due to being popular. Price also was a good deal. Will definitely use again. Granddaughter's birthday isn't until April so plenty of time.
