Turn It Up Records UK Reviews

Ben is Fantastic.
There is nothing he would not do to help and when asked he will recommend artists that I may like. Very fast replies to messages and always friendly and polite

Brilliant indie shop. Fast easy delivery in great packaging.
Excellent emails about new releases available to pre order mean I never miss out. The only downside is you're costing me a small fortune because you have so many great things to buy!

I love this company as they always have limited edition colored vinyl . So i will def use them going forward for all new stuff that i dont pre oder on actual fan websites first. Thanks ben for the great work you do !

Fantastic independent record store. Ben was absolutely fantastic responding to any queries I had. My Limited Edition DAY & NIGHT - Carly Rae Jepson is fantastic. Will be back, and soon.

The record came in perfect condition, with a lovely hand signed note. Would highly recommend this business.

Ben takes super good care in customer communication, packaging, and it really feels like you're walking into an indie store where they know your name and your likes, except it's online! Happy to support this store always!

Love this store, their vinyl selection, the prices and delivery service is amazing. I will be supporting them more in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service, even when Ben's in hospital he still replied to e-mails. Always friendly and happy to help. As someone who was scammed by Horizons Music earlier this year, I was nervous at trying another independent but I didn't need to be - turn it up records have been brilliant and I've placed many orders since.

I have been using turn it up records for a couple of years now Ben is amazing and always helpful with any questions and never any issues with delivery at all sometimes even comes early ☺️ will always order from here as a first choice

Very happy with my purchase of the new Carly Rae Jepsen vinyl. Arrived a day early in perfect condition. Loved the little personal touches that you could only get from an indie retailer. Definitely going to shop here again.

I ordered Fragma Toca 25th anniversary was awesome. Played perfect. I always copy onto minidisc deffo recommend Turn It Up

Great service as always from Turn It Up Records, Ben is absolutely brilliant so friendly and helpful. A pleasure to deal with

Ben is literally incredible, fast communication, quick deliveries, well packaged and has the Urban Outfitters exclusives, so a win all around. I hope to see this company expand, as they deserve it!

One of the best small businesses I've shopped with. Couldn’t be happier with the orders and the speed, and care of which orders are packed. Ben always try’s his best to get preorders out to you on release day which is great to get the record same day as other places don’t always get them to you in time.
Ben is simply the best. Always a message away if you have a query.
Couldn’t recommend Turn It Up Records enough.

I always find the customer service from Ben excellent and I love that they get exclusive pressings that I can never find in the UK

Easy to order quick delivery and information on Up and coming vinyls.
Good site I will definitely buy from Ben again. My husband loved his vinyl and loved the colour of ig to. Thanks Ben from turn it up records

I've never used Turn it Up Records before but ordered a double coloured vinal album with them and hoped for the best. I had nothing to worry about, it turned up quickly, well packaged so the contents were in perfect condition. More than happy to use them again, in fact I'll be making a point of it.

Excellent service and good prices. Recommended!
