Turn It Up Records UK Reviews

I was looking for a vinyl store that aligned most with my values and Turn It Up was the best fit. I think Ben knows his market fantastically and is genuine with it. I like that he also gets in Urban Outfitters exclusive vinyl which is also a draw for me.

One day while randomly scrolling Instagram I came across Turn It Up Records and I was hooked immediately. Not only does Ben find the hardest releases out there, he’s responsive on messages and will also look for things that are hard to find. I’ve ordered two American Urban Outfitters exclusives and they’ve been amazing. His care and customer service is out of this world. Support small businesses and know you’ll get top tier service. Thank you Ben. Keep turning it up!

Absolutely wonderful customer service from Turn it up! Super fast delivery for a vinyl I pre-ordered meaning I received it today on release day. Amazing selection of music for everybody. Recommend using them 100000%!!!!

Great personable service, stands out above other record shops!

Great service. Ben was very helpful and human. I even got a sticker and postcard to say thanks for my purchase. Item was delivered in good time and was perfect. Thankyou so much.

The item I ordered arrived in good time and was very well packaged. The price charged was tempting enough to make me want to purchase, and the postal charges were comparable to the general market. Good all round, thanks.

Ben is always attentive, kind and caring. I don’t purchase off any big name companies as I love supporting Turn it Records. Best independent vinyl and cd seller in the uk 🇬🇧

I’ve shopped mail order with Turn it Up Records several times now. Ben is a pleasure to deal with. Vinyls are always dispatched quickly in solid packaging and there’s always a cute note inside each delivery. A fabulous small business

For me, I love it when I can trust in a vinyl store can ship records in a really secure way. However, the team at Turn It Up Records always go above and beyond. I love the personalised experience and also the fact for the UK, we have a store who can get the international imports. Suffice to say, if you order here, you’re in safe hands!

Ben is such a kind and friendly person. His service is excellent, shipping is very quick and the selection of records is incredible! Will continue to use Turn It Up Records!!
