Turn It Up Records UK Reviews

Excellent service and great customer experience overall. Had to return an album due to Royal Mail damage, Ben handled it all with due care and continuous correspondence. Each purchase has been well packaged and arrived quickly.

I’ve made a few orders now - found the shop through TikTok. Always an amazing service and quick delivery. There’s always an interesting selection of vinyls too including US imports. One of my go-tos to order vinyls from!

I think it is really important to support independent stores and this is 1 of the best. I would highly recommended them.

Excellent Service. Found Turn it up on instagram & really wanted the Bilt Confessions II. Ordered it as soon as i saw it on Insta and received it very quickly. Love the personal touches as well & Ben's message of his favourite track on the Album. Would highly reccomend.

My package came beautiful packaged and with really quick shipping. I was so happy with my order and i’ll definitely buy again!!

What a fantastic retailer. This was my first purchase and I don’t know what I was more impressed with… how easy the ordering process was, the quick delivery (lightning fast), or the thoughtful and careful packaging. As an avid vinyl collector, these things are all super important to me and they’ve ticked all the boxes. Will 100% be using them again.

Excellent customer service, delivery, packing and product! Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve ordered from Turn It Up a few times now and every time it has been super quick and efficient, and I love the personal touch Ben adds to every order 🫶🏻 It’s become one of the first places I look when I’m on the hunt for a new record!

First order from this store. Amazing service. Slight delay which was totally out of their control and was resolved with no issues. Item arrived in well packaged material. The post card and sticker was such a lovely touch. Definitely a customer for life. Keep if vinyl and keep it independent

Speedy delivery. Well packaged. Amazing shop with lots of goodies.

I have ordered from Turn It Up Records a few times, they always have a great selection and love the indie exclusives and imports. The service and delivery is always spot on 🙌 and I love the personal touch from Ben with the postcard with my name and a song he's loving at the moment. I would highly recommend and will continue to order from here 😀

I always buy my records from Ben at Turn it up records. He is so friendly. The best part is unwrapping your vinyl, in which it feels like a present as there is always a little note and song suggestion from Ben inside. An amazing and thoughtful gesture. I appreciate them always 🩷 Such a pleasure to buy from. Super fast delivery. Amazing vinyl collection.
