Turn It Up Records UK Reviews

Such great service every time. Turn It Up Records is my go too for online vinyl shopping. 5 stars.

Ordered Olivia Dean's The Art of Loving and couldn't be happier with the experience. The record arrived in perfect condition, packaged with obvious care — exactly what you want when buying vinyl online. Communication was warm and helpful throughout, which made the whole thing feel far more personal than your average online purchase. Will absolutely be buying from Turn It Up Records again.

Item arrived perfectly as described, many thanks :)

Turn It Up Records is exactly the kind of record store every music lover hopes to find. They have a genuine passion for pop and understanding of what collectors truly value in a vinyl collection. Ben and the team consistently deliver customer service that feels effortless, warm, and genuinely thoughtful—it’s the kind of experience that keeps you coming back.

If you care about music and the culture around it, this is a place worth supporting. Independent record stores like this are special, go out of your way to keep them thriving.

third order from here and will continue to come back!! amazing service and quality :)

I’ve ordered from here several times and love this store. The preorder prices are great, and you can find many vinyl variants that aren’t available anywhere else. I also love the small cards with music recommendations from the owner.

Toujours aussi professionnel!! Ben se met en 4 pour satisfaire ses clients. Je recommande à 1000%. Les vinyles sont emballés avec soins, il y a toujours un mots personnel avec ses envoies. Top 👍🏻

Always a really good selection of records! Delivery is also super fast. Would highly recommend!

Vinyl came in great condition. Happy with my purchase.

Ben is always helpful with any questions I have. The time frame from ordering the vinyl to it being in my hands is excellent. Turn it up records is the most amazing independent record store and I always spread the word about this.

Great, personable service & the items are great! I had a minor issue that I emailed about, which was responded to & resolved extremely quickly. Will definitely be ordering again!

This has become a regular place to buy the latest upto date vinyl, great prices and each parcel wrapped with care and love, Thanks Ben

Having placed three orders with TurnItUpRecords, I've been consistently impressed. Each delivery arrives precisely as promised, impeccably wrapped with attention to detail. The pricing is fair, making it a great option for acquiring US imports. Ben is always available to assist.

i found turn it up records when i saw they were selling night time, my time by sky ferreira in the most gorgeous iridescent green pressing! they have such a fab selection & i’m soo happy they’re uk based (meaning i got my package super quickly!) thanks so much ben, will defo be ordering in the future <3

i came across Turn It Up records while i was searching for a particular record. the majority of my usual go to places either had ran out of their allocation or was selling it at a stupid price. Turn It Up turned up, in stock and at a much more reasonable price. there was plenty of communication from Ben and on the release day it turned up on my doorstep, absolutely perfect. Ben's shop is on my go-to list and i will buy more releases from him. i highly recommend at least for you to have a look, you won't be disappointed

Ordered an album and as soon as it was released It was posted. Turn it up records uk are exceptional, and Ben is a credit to them. Would highly recommend for all your music genres.

super fast and friendly, order came in pristine condition, love the added personal touch of the sticker!

Ben and his store are truly amazing, I purchased from him for the first time a few weeks ago for a few of the UO singles day records and they are perfect! Ben was also able to alter the address for shipping when I realised I wouldn’t be in when they were due to ship which I really appreciated, will 100% be back to purchase more records from him in the future. Truly couldn’t recommend someone more!

Fantastic and personal service. Thank you to Ben for such a kind touch to everything.

Always great ordering from Ben at Turn it Up records. The website is easy to navigate, orders turn up quickly and are always well packaged, so there's no damage to the records. The postcard with Ben's latest favorite tune is a nice touch too. Will definitely order again!
