Turn It Up Records UK Reviews

Great experience. Great range of titles, a good many you don't find readily available elsewhere, too tempting 😁. Cant fault customer service, kept up to date with any possible issues. Loved the note/recommendation that came with the vinyl. Definitely will buy from Turn It Up Records again.

I have ordered from TurnItUpRecords three times now, and every single time the products arrive when they say they will, are packaged beautifully and with care. The prices are also reasonable, and are an excellent way to get US imports. Ben is always there to help.

I am incredibly happy with my purchase from this store. I bought the Hilary Duff 7inch for Reach Out was pleasantly surprised it was a 33 RPM!

Inside the package was a lovely little note and a sticker. I emailed a question and the response was quick and went above and beyond! I hope to be back again soon :)

Always delivers on the day

Fantastic shop with great pricing and really good customer service, highly recommend

My first time ordering from turn it up records. Item was in perfect condition, and delivered very quickly will definitely be using again, thank you very much 😊

I was surprised to find the album I wanted in the first place, but then the delivery was fast, the comms were great and it was in pristine condition. Very happy with Ben!

Amazing service from Ben at Turn It Up Records. Purchased a record from the site that was fairly tricky to get hold of in the UK, for a really reasonable price. After some issues with supplier deliveries (totally outside of his control) Ben kept me updated throughout and offered me options, he worked diligently to source another copy and it arrived well packaged, in perfect condition with a personalised note. You get the impression Ben really cares and his customer service is top tier. It was a fantastic shopping experience and I am delighted to be able to add this vinyl to my collection. Will definitively be purchasing from Turn It Up again in the future.

Excellent service. First time buying from Turn It Up Records and will definitely use again in the future. Nice personal touch of the postcard enclosed in the parcel thanking me for my purchase.
Highly recommmened.

Amazing service! Always getting emails to keep me up to date with my order. Order arrived in perfect condition after only a few days and came with a personalised note, felt like a very personal experience. Would highly recommend this shop and would definitely purchase again from here soon!!

record came very quickly and packaged securely and the little details like the note and sticker are very thoughtful

Came on time no problems

My favourite online record store and it's not even close ♥️

Items always packaged with such thought and care and Ben always manages to import the best of the UO exclusive pressings from the US, I honestly don't know what I'd do without you!

I’ve ordered from here twice and it’s definitely my new favourite place to buy records online :D they had some vinyls I have been looking for, for ages and I’m so so happy! :]

I’ve ordered a few vinyls from here now, and every time it’s always great!

I first ordered a vinyl imported from america and there was an issue where it was damaged in transit and the second the shop knew there would be a delay they reached out to let me know and give me a new date and apologise. (which wasn’t needed, unavoidable and not their fault.) and it was sent out as soon as they had it. Whereas other record shops just kinda hope u don’t notice or wait till u reach out.

I LOVE the stickers with the vinyls and the cute handwritten personalised post card with each order where they write a song recommendation. Now I order from here exclusively when i have the money for a new vinyl, because the customer service is so genuine and lovely and the little touches are all there.

That’s before you realise the great prices, range, selection, availability and sales. The orders are packaged great and with care and the speed is great.

I’ve been recommending these ever since!

Me and my boyfriend Ethan have recently started buying from turn it up records and we’ve really had a good experience so far!
