Turn It Up Records UK Reviews

This company prides itself on offering a world class customer service to all buyers. Everything comes on time with excellent updates and they package your vinyl so well and with care. Ben, the owner, will go out of his way to help anyone buying from them. Exceptional vinyl choice with signed and limited editions you don’t find readily available elsewhere. 10/10 every time.

I found this store on tiktok after someone posted an unboxing of a vinyl and I’m so glad I did. My vinyl was shipped EXTREMELY quickly and arrived within a couple of days. Despite the vinyl I bought being from the B-Stock(so advertised with a few scratches or rips on the sleeve) it is in great condition. Would 100% recommend this store and will buy from them again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Decent price and delivered on due date, thanks Ben! :)

My pre-ordered CD arrived very quickly. I regularly received emails about the shipping, as well as evri parcel tracking codes meaning I was always informed of where my package was.
When it arrived, it was packaged very securely with "Handle with care- Fragile" stickers clearly displayed. The CD itself was in excellent condition.
A hand-signed postcard was included, as well as a sticker for the record shop. These little extras always show sellers care and are genuinely passionate about their business. I would 100% buy from Turn It Up Records again.

Outstanding customer service, fantastic selection of vinyl, always packaged fantastically well (which as a vinyl collector you know as super well!)

As always, impeccably packaged, great communication, bang on time. Not much more obesity could ask really. I'm really happy to shop with Ben. Cheers!

2nd time I have brought from them and again it was all handled excellently

so happy Ben stocked some of the Urban Outfitters pride collection!!! It was much cheaper compared to getting it directly! Really quick delivery! I’m so happy thank you so much!!!

Super quick postage and delivery, perfect quality. The note that came with the vinyl was so cute and adds a massive personal touch. Bens contact is incredible and super friendly. 100% will be a returning customer again and again!

Love turn it up very much! Ben always has great selections to pick from and cool imports too! All at a reasonable price in 2025.. hmv is out here charging £60 for 2LPs in some cases - it’s really nice to know you can grab your fave artists new LP for a great price, not only that, but delivery is always quick and packaging is always correct!
