Turn It Up Records UK Reviews

Ben was very quick to answer any questions I had and the record arrived just as quick. Would recommend to anyone!

Very quick and swift delivery, good package and very nice personal touch with a signed note

Brought a Lady Gaga Mayhem Varient Vinyl from Turn It Up Records Arrived fast & in great quality, it also came with a personalised thank you post card with their latest song recommendation which I thought was a unique & genuinely thoughtful touch so you have that little connection between the seller & buyer , overall i was highly satisfied with my Order & would definitely use this store again

Turn it up records is the first place I look when it comes to buying new records!

Recently had an issue with one of my vinyls not playing correctly and Ben was super helpful from the word go getting me a new copy sorted!

Will always buy from small independent businesses like Bens as they always go that extra mile!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ben them self is amazing, they add so many amazing touches to the delivery and the experience that I can’t wait to shop here again!

The only let down was from the manufacturer of the product, which is no fault of Ben or Turn It Up Records.

When I placed my order, Ben message to let me know there would be a delay (as there was some damage to one of the vinyls I ordered). He is an absolute gem in the crown of the record store companies. Cannot wait to purchase more!!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!

First and absolutely not my last purchase from this company. Ordered two Lady Gaga albums and they arrived quickly, in perfect condition and with a lovely little note for a fantastic personalised feel.

Fast delivery and Ben is so lovely! Definitely be back 🥰

Turn it up records has a wide variety of vinyls and I was able to purchase an album I’d been after at a far more reasonable price than buying via other places. The item arrived before the expected delivery date, it was well packaged. I loved the personal touch of the postcard including details of the sellers current favourite song. I’ll definitely be buying from again.

Honestly the most impressed I’ve been with a record store. Although it’s a small business just starting out, Ben really goes above and beyond to help. Truly hope he manages to keep this up as the business grows, as I really think that’s one of the company’s biggest strengths. Some other things making Turn It Up records top tier atm…
- great value, often cheapest I can find
- extremely fast shipping and delivery
- fast communication and response time
- the import vault (genius idea!)

As long as Turn It Up’s standards stay this high it will be my go-to for vinyl. 5 stars all the way 🙌🏻

Ben is a kindly person that I’ve met in the huge vinyl world. I had the first purchase on his Turn It Up store, and it was a perfect experience. I received the order in time and with his personal touch, it was so lovely. Thank you very much for it. I will back again soon for the next second, third….order.

I’ve ordered from Turn it Up Records a few times now and the service is always great, the packaging is great, my vinyls have always arrived in perfect condition, and my orders are always despatched very quickly! Would highly recommend

Owner is super kind and shipped my item the same night and came 1 day later. Vinyl is also in perfect condition and got a really good deal. Thank you!

Turn It Up Records sells a wide range of records including imports, selling them at fair prices. There was an issue with my order (manufacturing issue) and Ben went above and beyond to resolve it for me really quickly. You don't get this kind of service from large companies and I'm really happy to support a small business. I will definitely be buying from here again!

Well packed and arrived on the day of release.

Fantastic independent online store. Great choice and prices. Ben adds a personal touch to orders.

Highly recommended and will definitely be purchasing from Turn It Up Records again

Ben has a great independent store! Always bringing amazing records and pressings and delivering orders with nice personal touches and quick! Thank you!

Very transparent with the transaction. The item was sent quickly and safely as well. Will definitely do business again!

Nothing to say

So brilliant to find a UK-based vinyl shop with a great selection. Spot on delivery times and great personalised service. Can't wait to order from them again!
