An extraordinary Fintech - fast and efficient

We used to be a Waylfyer customer and now we moved to Uncapped. Competitive financing rates and extremely thoughtful support from John.

From start to finish the communication and professionalism was top tier. Uncapped provides and delivers on exactly what they say on their website. In particular John Harrison is a very authentic dedicated professional and is a pleasure to conduct business with.

We have used Uncapped on two occasions to help accelerate our growth plans. Christian and the team are super responsive and were able to provide the desired funding at a reasonable rate. Funds transferred before our bank manager had even returned from holiday to start the process!

I don't often leave reviews though felt compelled to assist anyone who is about to sign..... Don't!

We sent this to our lawyers who within a few seconds of reading it read the opening line of the contract and started laughing, 'If you wanted to communicate back in English or Emoji's'. Yes, in the contract apparently you can reply with Emjoi's (I presume Uncapped will quickly now remove this from contracts after reading this) Apparently it’s a entrepreneur friendly contract, I wasn’t aware entrepreneur’s were five years old.

There is no personal guarantees or debentures they claim, though as a director signing this contract there is an indemnity. Which means it would fall back on the director's personally if not paid back.

Uncapped at any point can ask for the full funds to be returned and you will still be left with the interest to be paid.

Though a very concerning part of the contract regarding insolvency. So if your business goes into insolvency they will ensure you add a debenture onto the account to ensure they regain their funds. This is actually an illegal offence for a director of a company to do and chose a preferred creditor at time of insolvency. There are alot of play on words, making the contract very muddy and not clear.

I'm unsure if these guys are scam artists or just individuals who need to know how to write a contract in English rather than emojis. The claim the best lawyers wrote the contracts, though any lawyer even using an emoji gives me the ick! The whole contract screams, beware!

Postitive's: Jasmina was great, the portal was easy to upload company information, we were accepted for a loan within a week. The CFO only had a few questions for us so made the application process easy.

And this contract made a team of very high profile lawyers laugh.

Best of luck anyone going through this process. I would recommend everyone getting legal advice before even thinking about signing these contracts.

All i did was start the process over the weekend and I have been emailed every day encouraging me to apply for finance.

This is not a good way to do business as that to me is pressure selling as ultimately your sending all these emails to get me to take finance.

As a direct result of this I unlinked all my accounts and will not even check to see it I can apply
