I ordered a beautiful knitted and embroidered cardigan
I ordered a beautiful knitted and embroidered ladies hooded cardigan with cream background and colourful birds and flowers embroidered on top. \the cardigan which arrived bore no resmblance to the description of Knit and Embroidery.
The design was printed onto cheap cloth fabric , nothing like the photo /description
I emailed the company to request a return address and refund . I was told it was too expensive to return to China ( not stated when ordering ) and offered me 20% voucher and keep item .
I wrote again to request refund and was offered 40% voucher . I said I would not accept a voucher as would not use the company again .
I have contacted my bank to try to help.

Very poor service
Very poor service. Item received of poor quality. Took £42 out of my bank for what was supposed to be a wool fleece. Item received was not as advertised and of poor quality. Order lost at first..then they will not refund my money. I've asked for a return label which I haven't received. They said if I sent the item back I was liable for charges. I was previously offered 40% off another item but I suspect the other items may be if the same unsuitable quality as the first item we've bought

If I could give less than one star i would.
The product is way below standard, very very poor quality and nothing at all like the image shown in the advert. The company flatly refused to cancel the order and offer returns policy but with very limited reasons, none really.
Company is a con, avoid completely.

Bought what was supposed to be a…
Bought what was supposed to be a knitted jumper for my day for Xmas when it eventually got to me after around 6 weeks it was a polyester tye dyed zip up top that looked nothing like the one that I ordered. I emailed then with pictures of what I ordered and pictures of what I received and they offered me 20% off any future purchases. I said I want a full refund, then the offered me 40% off. I gave up in the end. Bunch of criminals. Do not use!

Total con should be shut down
Ordered Icelandic woollen jumper. After nearly 4 weeks of waiting a total rubbish piece of tat arrived. A cheap and nasty shell top, no wool to be found. When I complained I was offered a 20% off my next purchase, having a laugh as if I would buy anything else from these fraudsters. Be aware that if you want to return items you have to pay shipping costs back to China, total rip off

Unfortunately I was compelled to give a star rating, but would have given zero if I could. The product was in no way like shown on web site. PURCHASE OF CLOTHING FOR CHRISTMAS PRESENTS.
Firstly, the package was running behind the delivery dates, and I was concerned that they may not arrive in time for Christmas. So I contacted the seller via email and after a few days received an answer to say they were sorry about the inconvenience and delay, but it was on its way. Surprisingly I received the package the next day to my dismay. On opening the delivery the first item was such a poor quality item that my disappointment was overcome by incredible inner laughter with disbelief. What should have bee a very heavy/ chunky woollen sweater was a very poor quality 70's "nylon" tracksuit type top. Which I must admit to being very cleverly printed, so as to look as though it was knitted. From 10m it almost looked like the real thing.
Other items included a. couple of tee shirts and a blouse. Again all of which was of dire quality, colours and very strange material ( non cotton).
I immediately returned the items and presently awaiting a refund.......... N. ANDERSON

Si vous commandez un de ces articles, vous recevrez un gilet à capuche synthétique de mauvaise qualité, avec des couleurs moches, foncées et ternes, face interne synthétique blanc. Petits coutures. Demande de retour et remboursement fait... Réponse en anglais 15 jours après: proposition de 20% sur le prochain achat. Nouvelle demande de remboursement. Réponse : proposition de 40% de réduction et frais de port a la charge de l'acheteur ce qui est contraire à ce qu'ils indiquent sur leur site. Donc...fuyez!!

Unfortunately cannot enter a zero rating. Having ordered 2 "Icelandic Wool Jumpers", what arrived almost 3 weeks later were appalling quality, definitely not wool, and nothing remotely like the website images. This company should be shutdown immediately. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The product, a block colour hoodie, was nothing like the advertising picture which said it was knitted, it was not. It appeared chunky but in reality it was thin and poor quality. XL was more like medium. If this company sells into the UK it should ensure it's XL is UK XL. I would not buy from this company. It's advertising is deceptive and misleading.
