I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. The jumper I received was nothing like the one in the advert. Definitely not wool as advertised. Thank goodness it wasn't too expensive. I'll wear it to work in the garage. You learn by your mistakes don't you.

Do not use this company
I tried to order a jumper through this site but my bank blocked the transaction as a scam. I then read the comments here and I’m ever so glad the bank did this and saved me a whole lot of trouble…. A lucky escape.

Bought a knitted jumper from this website and it was described as knitted it turned up and It was not knitted it was printed on a cheep jumper that has been poorly made
I have been in contact with the seller to get my money back and they are refusing

Very bad quality and customer care!
I purchased a jumpers which I was believed to be knitted ,when it aemrrumived it was too small eventhough I ordered my size medium m,and dont know what rather material is synthetic , I have requested and return an refund but they have offered me 29% of next purchase and keep the jumper ,of which I want neither be warned wearzeat to not like to accept returns. Fraudulent company selling items not as described or photographed.
I ordered a nice looking knitted jacked. Described as "knitted" and the photo clearly showed a knitted jacked. However when it arrived 3 weeks later, it was a jacket made out of some manmade material panels crudely sewn together, with printed photos of knitwear on them. I sent an email as per their returns policy and am waiting for their response. Not holding out too much hope. You are dealing with a company based in mainland China. They are knowingly fraudulent.

Total rip off! Ordered 2 "Icelandic wool" jumpers ,when they arrived (3 weeks later!) nothing like as described on web site There is more wool on Peppa pig!! Cheap looking rubbish probably turned out for a quid each! £60 down the pan AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Dreadful Quality and Service
If possible, I wouldn't even give one star! The sweatshirt I bought for over £30 was of a dreadful quality with print misaligned. I have given up trying to get a refund as they are so unhelpful and they keep putting obstacles in the way. They expect me to pay postage to return the item from the UK to China which is simply unacceptable!

The item they sent is SO different from what they show on their website. They will not refund the total amount and would instead offer me some discount... when I said I wanted to return regardless, they ask me to ship it back at my own cost. I don't expect they will refund anything.

I came to check out the reviews before buying
I came to check out the reviews before buying. The sweaters look beautiful and are very cheap. I got 'had' by a company last year, which claimed to be in London, even had 'London' as part of it's name. They sent a pair of boots which were very thin and substandard. Tried to return them for a refund, and it took months of back and forth emails and offers of a 'reduced price pair' if I kept them (!), to finally find out that I had to return them to CHINA, at my expense, with all kinds of paperwork. I had to open a complicated case with the help of the bank to finally, after many more months and lies on their part, to wrench a refund out of them. The danger signs are that you need 'permission' to return the item, and if you look up the company, returns have to go to China, at your expense. I'm not saying this company is working in the same way, but beware, Their 'trustworthy scale' is 1/100. Such a pity, as the sweaters look fabulous,
Edit: I think I have been too kind. Judging by the other reviews, there is no doubt that this company is running a scam. Sending flimsy material with a pattern of the item printed on it! I can understand why people are taken in, but please be warned, you will not get anything remotely resembling the illustration. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid this and other sister companies at all cost
This is what I posted back in January 2025 which I never believed would receive a response:
This company looks exactly the same as Artssus.com, Menweary.com and a few more.
They are apparently controlled by a company based in London and the quality of good received are far from those advertised on a number of websites. If you are unfortunate to place an order with them then when the incorrect items arrive and you request a frefund; you are expected to foot the returns costs to send the items to mainland China.
Do yourselves a HUGE favour and avoid them at all cost.
