This is what I posted back in January 2025 which I never believed would receive a response:
This company looks exactly the same as Artssus.com, Menweary.com and a few more.
They are apparently controlled by a company based in London and the quality of good received are far from those advertised on a number of websites. If you are unfortunate to place an order with them then when the incorrect items arrive and you request a frefund; you are expected to foot the returns costs to send the items to mainland China.
Do yourselves a HUGE favour and avoid them at all cost.

CAUTION SCAMMERS…
I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered from this website.
The clothing looked beautiful on the site. Couldn't believe it when they arrived, the minute I saw them I knew I'd been scammed. The material was cheap nylon, with printed pattern, which didn't even resemble the pattern of what was on the site. The stitching was awful. i am disappointed with the items but more so with myself, I never thought I would be scammed. It cost me £66 this will teach me to check out these dodgy sites in future.

Buyers beware
This looks uncannily like a company called Menweary. Same clothes, same pictures, same models, same Icelandic marketing. If it is, don't part with one penny. This stuff comes from China, takes ages, clothes arriving look nothing like those in the adverts. Try to send them back...they disappear into a Customs black hole. Never to be seen again and you will not get any refund or replacement. Best wishes, be very careful.

A beautiful vintage garment was displayed on the website. I received a cheap T-shirt, with the pattern from the original printed on. Poor quality, no label of any kind. . When I asked for a refund, I was offered a 20% discount voucher - then 40%. I was told goods have to be returned to China and the buyer has to pay. Fortunately, I bought through PayPal, who immediately refunded my money.

The website says linen and embroidery clothes but they send fake rubbish from China. I have requested a refund and they want me to pay the postage and if it's lost they refuse to pay. Absolute joke. I have complained to Visa company and they are hopefully dealing with it via article 75. Simple fraud! Don't buy anything from them. They have offered 40% off original price. You couldn't clean the car or windows with the junk they sent me.

I was so disappointed with this dress
I was so disappointed with this dress. On the website it looked absolutely stunning, but what I received was nothing like the pictures. The fabric is cheap polyester with a printed design, and it looks nothing like the flowy, elegant dress that was advertised. It feels flimsy and low quality, almost like a costume.
I reached out to the company for a refund, and they asked me to send pictures of the dress. After I did, they just told me my request is “under review,” so I don’t even know if I’ll get my money back. Very frustrating experience overall. Definitely not worth the price and I would not recommend ordering from here.
