They never sent me what I ordered and they continuously keep trying to take money out of my account! There's no way of contacting them!!!

I ordered a fluttering chirping bird for my cat (actually ordered two by mistake) and it is nothing as advertised. Total bait and switch. What I got was a chirping bird from the dollar store, WORTHLESS!

The item advertised is not the item you receive. You get a manual very much smaller set.

I ordered the 24 day elf kit on 10/21/24- after I paid I did some research and saw all the negative reviews about it being a scam- I filed a claim with my CC, since there was no way to contact them. I literally received my order YESTERDAY 11/19/24. Everything was there, in full.

I placed an order on 9/22. After not hearing anything in a week I sent them an email. Still heard nothing. It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from this place . They have not replied to my 3 emails. But they are quick to take your money. I wouldn’t recommend any person buying from this site.

I ordered two pair of leggings on April 28 and never received them! I messaged Dodorado and was answered the next day by an agent saying she couldn't find my order and that I might have ordered them from another company! Can someone tell me why dodorado took the money from my account on April 29 if I didn't order from them? Do I have to call the fraud department at my bank?

I recently placed an order for 3 sets of 24 in 1 screwdriver,
I received 2 emails about the orders, i didn’t want 2 orders because I didn’t need 6 sets
I contacted customer service and ask them to check to see if I had placed 2 different orders if I did please delete one of them,
Turned out I did place 1 order and the girl instead of doing a simple task as checking the order she refunded my money for the 1 order,
I have sent a email to ask about this but not any response,
This is where customer service should read carefully the emails they receive to avoid issues such as this,
I am not sure I will reorder from this company
Please check carefully your orders if you do place an order because customer service will not do their job

Purchase a toy for Christmas. Never received a tracking number. Sent several inquiries. No response. As of 1/3/2024 still no toy, no response to my emails. What I did get was a email asking me do do a review on an item that I don’t have. I asked for a duplicate copy of tracking number, still no response.

I feel that one star is actually giving them to much credit but I had to pick something. The product I bought was nothing like the description nor was it like the picture illustrated. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They sell Joomla Form Builder extension, but when I asked if it is compatible with Joomla 4 they answered “we do not provide assistance for Joomla extensions”. It is truly outrageous. Even one star is too much.

I agree with the negative reviews. Web-Dorado is apparently a scam run out of Armenia with a “company” address for a suburban home outside Houston. Once you give them your info, they will continue to bill you, without any renewal notice, even if you remove your credit card from your account. They provide no way to cancel on their website, and the forum will ask you to email them with a cancellation “request.” Direct emails go unanswered, and their webform goes to a 10Web Wordpress hosting platform. Beware.

I am using formmaker from webdodado and try to download a update after CC payment.
Not any response from them. Try to contact them several times by means of the contact form on theirn website NO RESPONSE.
I STRONGLY ADVISE TO USE OTHER PLUGINS FROM MORE RELIABLE COMPANIES

I ordered a Nintendo switch in April, it was apparently in stock. After 6 weeks it hadn't arrived and Es Dorado could not give me a delivery date. I cancelled my order and was told my refund would take 14 days,4 months on I'm still waiting. Don't use this site.

Same as many others I paid them and took nearly a month to be able to log in when I could log in my dashboard showed I had no subscription and no ongoing orders. I cancelled my membership in April of last year and still they have taken money from my pay-pal account.

It is a lack of respect for the customer .. So expensive they charge and neither the bosses nor the sellers nor anyone give the face but to charge Yes ... The sofa does not have the same characteristics as they have on display and nobody gives you an answer ... It is my first and last time I do not recommend anyone El Dorado is a Garbage ... I would love for the Owner to find out about this maybe you vote a few disabled and improve your store
