Web Design Harbour Reviews

YOUR PATIENCE WITH A REAL DUMMY ON COMPUTERS

I reached out to Web Design yesterday for an issue I've had in the past. Frank called me and immediately took care of the things I needed. Excellent follow up as well. I appreciate him.

We, my partner and I, started on our project several months ago. We had one thought in mind and ended with another. Jeremy and the team at Web Design Harbor were very patient with us and worked closely with us until they acquired the results we were seeking. There were many changes along the way, but the team at Web Design Harbor, never wavered. I, Phylliss F., co-owner of ABBA’s Hands, LLC, couldn’t ask for a better outcome. Thank you Jeremy and the team at Web Design Harbor team. Your work is impeccable.

These guys are great and on top of there sets I had a bunch of idea they put on my site will and have recommended this company quick turn around

I have the wonderful experience of a personal web developer technician, Ian. Regardless of the request and often outside of "business hours", Ian has taken the time to LISTEN TO MY NEED. He then explains to me the language that I sometimes do not understand, the internet! He explains the best methods to achieve my goals for the products and services I offer in a way that makes good sense and especially, financial sense. Too often I would think "short term". Ian advised me of the longevity of my service and recognized that my business will grow so, "do not think SMALL!" It is very important to have authentic support and genuine knowledge of the LONGEVITY OF BUSINESS USING THE INTERNET. If anyone seeks the top support, knowledge, construction of a site, management of the site, genuine calls TO ME to suggest changes that will grow business, Ian and Web Harbour are your one source. It is tried, it is trusted and it is true.

Predatory business practices, scammed a family member out of thousands of dollars. After addressing concerns and filing complaints with the BBB and California AG they went silent. This company is a trap, consumer beware.

There are professionals and then there are experts. The attention to detail they utilized was fabulous 👌 From an idea to a masterpiece of a website. The best of best.
You can't go wrong with them.
Gold Star !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ian and Abby were great and easy to work with. They took the time to understand my vision and execute it. The explained each step thoroughly and were very patient and professional. I will definitely be working with them again on future projects!

Very committed and trustworthy staff, most especially, Eddy and Ian who worked tirelessly to ensure convenient works instructed by the company are done precisely.

Work was done quickly and Professionally Jeremy and Rob were extremely helpful

After one week of total silence, frustration and research. I found that they are not a legit company in the US or even in Canada.

I received a call from Frank.
No refund mentioned but he was polite, offered me to continue the job on my website. I am currently in the process will see how it’s turned. So far Frank has been a professional. Will see

For now I am giving 2 stars because I am waiting to see the final result. I will keep you update.

My experience with Web Design Harbour in creating a website for my restaurant was outstanding. Jack and Frank provided invaluable support from start to finish, ensuring our needs were met with professionalism and expertise. Their marketing team's efforts have notably boosted our business with the new website. I highly recommend Web Design Harbour for their exceptional service and effective results. Thank you to Jack, Frank, Anas and the team for a job well done!

Had communication difficulties and they did not give me the best rates for a small business owner and would push for corporations websites. He was patient and did finish at the end but this company is meant for corporate businesses not small business owners.

Ian and his team at Web Design Harbour built a new website for me and my novel series: davelagerbooks.com. In the tradition of book reviewers, I would give their effort FIVE STARS. They were collaborative in implementing certain design elements that I wanted and delivered an excellent new website within a few weeks. I would highly recommend the Web Design Harbour folks.

1. For me there is always an editing period. Ian was patient with me and never asked if we were done... he waited for me to tell him, "We're done!"
2. Ian is really good with all the tools at his disposal, and he shared many of them with me and we incorporated them into my website!
3. I value his opinion and really needed his young, fresh perspective! He let me be me but steered me toward a more modern presentation that I would not have come up with on my own!
4. Webdesignharbour sold me a very reasonably priced package, and they were true to their word when they described what I would receive, and followed through on their promise.

Ian was there when I didn’t understand the process which was often.

Jeremy truly went above and beyond the tasks asked of him, making my website profoundly better and more professional. He quickly and effectively implemented the changes I knew I wanted and then suggested improvements that I did not yet know I wanted. A huge improvement! Thank you.

Ian, Frank and Eddie were all amazing to work with. they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the project. The website is looking amazing and exceeded my expectations. I will highly recommend this company to others.

The overall process was good. There were a couple little hiccups but that is how business works sometimes. The people were awesome and super informative. Website looks great and I can’t complain.

The crew at Web Design Habour worked with me at every step of the process. I am very happy with their design and communication. They were always willing to help and took their time in making it right.
I highly recommend them.
