Web Design Harbour Reviews

Building a website was not as simplex as I assumed. Throughout the website building process, Mr Frank in particular was so accommodating and helpful. Any concern he addressed and was able to coordinate with the website team to ensure I had great experience. My website for my aesthetic business is up and running and couldn't be more happier

Web Design Harbour.
I thank God we found you.
My boyfriend found this company online.
Everything changed for us. After dealing with people who weren't forthcoming with the work we needed to get done on our website.

Web Design Harbour, you guys are the best.
Very responsive, they are fast in getting our products updated. They use beautiful, lively pictures, they listen to what we want and get the job done.

Their results are mind-blowing, they hold your hands and advise you on how to position things on your website and incorporate apps. I am so happy with the work they are doing for my wedding catering business and restaurant.

I will recommend them to the whole world. They are very easy to work with, no hustle.

Do not look further, you've found the company to work on all your web design needs.

Every request or concern about the website design was addressed on a timely manner. Rob Miller and web design developers team are truly talented. I will be a return customer and would highly recommend Web Design Harbour to anyone in need of a well designed website.

Honestly one of the most horrific experiences.

I'll be transparent and say there was some fault on my side, but what an awful shiite experience.

The sale:
From the beginning I told them this was for my mom's business and the salesman and I agreed on a price.

Onboarding:
For a company that promotes SEO, there was no SEO done. I basically, no... I LITERALLY provided all the content on the website. All they did was plug in play into whatever template they had. Not only that, there was always and I mean ALWAYS something being wrong. This was suppose to take 2 weeks and I was not aware of all the content I needed to provide.
That was May we are in NOVEMBER.

The website building:
I already talked about the content I had to provide on my end. Now let me talk about the CONSTANT upselling. When they tell you their package price they will then try and upsell you on managing the website itself. Now this was a photography website, we can all agree that photography website's showcase.... photos right?
Tell me why I wasn't aware that I needed to purchase some other nonsense because the pictures were to big?
It would have been nice to know that prior to once again arriving at a roadblock while they try and upsale me on using some cloud service.

One of sales manager made a comment on the lines of "you are getting a great price ...." after a comment about the time and performance, as if they are doing a charity for me. That is between you and your sales guy not me.

Tried to upsale me on using a translator, they are free....

Website finish:
Honestly once I rejected their pitches to manage the website it was when customer service plummeted to new lows.
They wanted me to sign an agreement saying they showed me how to use the website and delivered the product.

I told them I wouldn't until they actually showed me what they did and how to make adjustments.

Anyways,
I took time in giving them the content because of time constraints. But also, next time just sell me your freaking template if you are going to not actually "design"

now I am looking at their instructional soundless video hoping nothing else comes into question or is ill explained.

For the price I paid I should have gone with Fiverrr, at least there is a 3rd party there to mediate this mickey mouse job they did.

They are excellent professional

This designer company did a great job creating my business website. I have no experience in websites and they did it all for me. Whatever I needed they got it done. Communication was great the entire time. Because they do all of the designing you will pay for it but the ending product is worth it! It Saved me so much time and stress.

They really listen to me and made my website as professional as it could be to match my personality!

Well, I finally found a reliable one called Web Design Harbor. They built a marvelous website for me (Lewan GeoConsulting Corp). They are very good in constructing informative and professional websites in a timely manner. Alleanna Lopez and her staff are in constant communication with their clients to insure accurate and precise descriptions of your interests. They are very meticulous about the text and photos they include in a website and are readily available for last minute changes that one may request. I strongly recommend them. Web Design Harbour and the rep I dealt with Daniel Taylor were absolutely terrific! Everything was completed on time and of the highest quality. If I had any questions or concerns or wanted changes to be made they were done right away. Not once did I have to chase or ask multiple times for things to be done or see the status. It was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a website built for their website.

I sincerely have no words to rate the professionalism that this company has. First of all, the website looks great! From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were simply outstanding. Kid is to the staff, Frank, Jimmy, and all the support team are the best of the best.

Web Design Harbour, and specifically Frank Brown, built an excellent website for me based on my general directives. I especially appreciated the built-in movement of photos and text, and the overall cleverness of the design. As my interface with the design team, Frank never objected to my corrections and changes. I also know that Web Design Harbour stands ready to provide additional services for web SEO and updates should I need them.
