I would like if the app had a space where I could explain what works for me. ie I had a UTI and a 3 day supply of antibiotics is insufficient to clear it, I usually need five days supply.

Prescription while on holiday
I needed a prescription while on holiday in Ireland - I had forgotten my tablets at home in England. The whole process was very easy - from booking the slot with the doctor to the prescription being sent to the pharmacy for me. Can’t fault the service. Thank you!

Didn't understand the severity of the issue. Antibiotic was needed .. diagnosed me and my partner with the with totally different issue with the same nose .I've a bad cause of sinusitis she had a cold

My 11-year-old daughter and I met with…
My 11-year-old daughter and I met with a doctor yesterday and had a very negative experience.
The reason for the appointment was that my daughter has recently developed skin issues and understandably self-conscious about these changes, and I would have expected the consultation to be handled with empathy and sensitivity.
Unfortunately, from the outset, I found the doctors manner rude, dismissive and condescending. The intro stated that I was meeting a female doctor whose name I won’t mention. However I now understand that the doctor that we saw was not who she said she was as she wrote me a personal message in the app and used a different name - that in itself is odd!
The doctor started the call by immediately telling me that I had not set the consultation up correctly because I had not uploaded photographs. I explained that I had deliberately wanted to show my daughter’s skin during the video consultation. The doctor stated that Webdoctor video facility was not adequate enough and would not work well for this purpose.
From that point on, she basically fobbed us off.
I nevertheless used the video to show her my daughter’s skin. The dr then read some other persons notes and told us that we had lied on the submission which again was odd!
My daughter was starting to get upset so I asked her to leave the room. I then told the Dr that I found her behaviour extremely rude and that, given the way the consultation was being conducted, I would need to record what was happening so that I could properly demonstrate to Webdoctor how I had been treated. The Dr then hung up on me.
I find the manner in which this consultation was handled particularly concerning because the patient was an 11-year-old child who was already feeling insecure about a sensitive and personal issue. Regardless of whether the Dr agreed with the treatment I was requesting, I believe there was a professional obligation to communicate with both of us respectfully and appropriately.
I have used Webdoctor on a number of occasions and have never experienced anything remotely like this. I am therefore particularly disappointed by this experience.
I have contacted Webdoctor but they haven’t responded and I am just suggesting that people use Dr Online instead of Web Doctor in the future as I won’t be going back to them.
