My experience with WebFx has been completely horrible. They charge a bunch of money and get very little work done. They charge around $400 for 500-word pages. Add a bunch of add-ons you will never use, and you cannot get the simplest things done.

The account managers and senior executives do not care about you or your business. They lock you in long-term contracts and are extremely vague in their contract in terms of what will be done on their end, so they're not held reliable for anything. They say they don't use ai but when I did fact check, their content written by "humans" does not pass as human content with ai content checkers.

I can't say enough bad things about them. I thoughout because they're a bigger agency, they'll do a better job and be more professional, but I was completely wrong.

Do yourself a favor, learn SEO on your own, hire an in house SEO expert and save your money. Wish I could leave a 0 star.

These clowns can't handle the simplest tasks. Basically, I'll I needed was for them to get my website backlinks for some new pages. They would not even talk to me and referred me to some third rate SEO company with bad reviews. I would stay away from these idiots that need you to hold their hand while they vacuum your wallet. Keep looking, these idiots are looking for huge companies they can attach to like a leach and blood suck them dry of their money! Avoid!

I have been doing business with this company for over eight years. However, in the past two years, they have taken my money without providing the same level of effort I received during the first six years. Once they raised their prices and locked me into my last rate, their motivation diminished when I chose to stay with that price.

When I addressed this issue with their management team, they seemed more interested in collecting payments than in resolving the problem. The main issues were a new or inexperienced account manager and a lack of effort dedicated to my accounts.

Their social advertising services are pretty good in the start but after sometime, the ROI stops increasing. I saw my ads performing well in my area, but some targeting was also scattered to regions where I don't sell. Overall, WebFX is pretty good, no complaints further.

My complaint is with Nutshell, a CRM company in Ann Arbor, MI, that was purchased by WebFX 2 years ago.
When I signed up for Nutshell, I had high hopes as I was looking for an easy CRM. However, I didn't ask whether I could export my data in the same format it was imported in. Unfortunately, Nutshell doesn't provide this feature, although they claim they do. All you get is a zipfile with six files that don't match up. We are missing the most important part of our database, which is our updates.

Although they have help articles titled "How to export...", it doesn't mention that when you do a full export, your database comes out in a mix of puzzle pieces that don't align, even if you try to merge the data yourself into one spreadsheet.

It seems like they are withholding my data, and this could be a tactic to keep clients who pay on a monthly basis. How can anyone leave if they can't get back their data in the same format and order it went in? I am now researching my legal rights, which is frustrating because I will have to pay legal fees just to get a simple report out of my own database. This is ridiculous.

Moreover, I found personal emails from my employee's personal computers on one of the reports from Nutshell. I am concerned about how they obtained that information. What are they doing with our computers when we are in their database? I have filed a complaint with the FTC.

They committed me a 200% roi but they were only able to achieve 50% of the target. They blocked me when i asked them to give me my money back.
