Was notified my order was out for delivery by APC and then an hour later notified it was delayed. As it was the weekend the plants did not arrive until Monday. 1 plant was completely dry but can probably be saved with a little tlc. The other arrived yellow, wilted with half the branches snapped, it was also smaller than expected for the price. Not good value for what was paid for and more expensive than a local garden centre.

I ordered an olive tree as a bereavement gift for a friend and didn't want a faceless online company as wanted to feel I was dealing with a human! I called the Tel No advertised and spoke to Alfie who was the most helpful human on the planet! I was then able to order online but also follow up with an email quoting my Order No - and a personalised gift message. Alfie confirmed despatch day and arrival by email. My friend was delighted and sent me a photo, I could see it was a very healthy little tree. It wasn't huge but I knew that before ordering - it was absolutely perfect for the occasion and I felt reassured by the contact made with Alfie before ordering. It was simple and stress-free and arrived exactly as promised. Very satisfied and appreciative customer here.

ordered two plants. both arrived practically dead. one was diseased. asked for a refund, many many times. after over a month, they offered to replace the plants. this never happened either. have written, emailed, many times but have gotten no where.

a sham of a company - don't order anything

bought a large plant but they sent wrong plant. contacted and said the correct plant would be with me the next day, but it never arrived. They have promised this every day for the past week, have waited in all day, every day and a week later still no plant so not at all trustworthy, now will open a case for a refund as so disappointed in their obvious lies

Fantastic online plant supplier, have bought standard oranges, lemons etc, all delivered on time and in good health, highly recommended company

Paid 120 fir a vine but it has not been delivered. Several other items have been successfully delivered including a vine from another firm Appalling service

Order was dispatched very quickly with no problems on delivery. Very good strong specimen at an excellent price. Would definitely buy from again and highly recommend the quality of their plants. The only slight negative was that there was no link to track delivery so that we would know exactly when it would be arriving.

Ordered two standard bay trees. Web site very easy to navigate, the plants arrived in perfect condition two days ahead of scheduled delivery date. Very pleased with the quality of the plants and the service. Highly recommend Web garden centre for quality of plants, service and value for money.
