Time Critical Delivery
I ordered a garden pot on 22 August. The delivery date was critical as it was for a wedding present. The confirmation email arrived immediately and the update email on 24th gave a two day window but actually the pot arrived on the first date given. Shipping was free.
My only complaint and the reason I have not given 5 stars is that the packaging was much bigger than needed for the size of the pot.

The tree arrived in good condition and was packed well.
The ordering was simple and I was informed of the progress every step of the way.

Dreadful
Dreadful. Paid for a plant to arrive on the 16th August and nothing. Don't respond to emails. Took my money quick enough though.

Superb plant a bit damaged in transit
The plant I received was superb - big, incredibly healthy and splendid looking. The sad thing was about 6 of the growing shoots had broken off - damaged in transit. I don't know how this can be prevented (maybe a "this way up" sign on the box?) but it was a real shame for the damage to happen to such a lovely plant.

I was sent the wrong plant
I was sent the wrong plant. I emailed in relation to this but received no reply. I then called a few days later and was told that I will be sent the correct plant and notified when it will be sent out by phone. This didn’t happen. Eventually i received the plant but it wasn’t the best. It’s a large fatsia which had a stem already cut which made it look leggy and disfigured. I think this was out of spite. I will have to wait until next years growth in the hope it becomes multi stem and looks better. Won’t use them again
