Overall very good, the odd glitch does occur and generally the customer service is good as well. I don't like the new AI customer service. But generally I would recommend them to a colleague.

if you use webinterpret and want to list several of your listings on different markets then you can loose your best seller items on ebay. and you cant get an answer. customer support is awful. you can only talk to bots. this is such a shame for us to use their website. i dont advise anyone to use webinterpret.

From Adrien Salvat on down to all the staff, they have been great for us. Very responsive to inquiries and if they do not know the answer immediately they check and really get back to you.
We have our own account manager and when he is not available, the other staff can help as well.

Beware of their new MS shipping services.
They charge you even if you will not dispatch your order using their courier.
For 6 shipments which we did not use they invoiced us for £93.64....
Well good to pay for something you even did not use.
After reporting this to them we have been told that this will be not refunded...

scammers, I'm using webinterpret because I have a Featured Shop on Ebay, so the use of Webinterpret is included in the price. For three months they have been charging me £23.99. When I asked for explanations they told me that this is due to all the features that they offer, but which I never asked for. I want the service as offered by the type of shop I have, I have never asked for more. When I asked their terrible customer service for explanations, they pretend nothing happened and force you to pay. Now I have to pay almost £100 for the Ebay Shop, which also includes free use of Webinterpret plus £23.99 for Webinterpret. I'm basically just giving them money, because their service is completely useless. In a month I have only sold 1 item through them for just over £100, and at the end of the month they want £23.99. They are acting like scammers! Last month they had a lot of technical problems and for several days my items were not listed internationally, but despite this they sent me another invoice for £23.99. Yesterday I wrote to Ebay and they confirmed that I don't have to pay anything to Webinterpret because I have a Featured shop

Déjà, rien n'est gratuit, le starter plan coûte en fait une vingtaine d'euros par mois, mais ça, c'est stipulé NULLE PART, sauf sur la facture 😉. Ah si c'est en fait stipulé en tout petit en dessous là... 😂😂
La traduction des articles fonctionne... parfois non... parfois oui... ça dépend des articles ! 😉 Alors pile ou face, mon article va se faire traduire ou non ??? 😜
Vous voulez enlever votre carte bancaire de votre compte ? Essayez donc de les contacter, c'est IMPOSSIBLE. Évidemment, ils essayeront au bout d'un moment de vous contacter... un ou deux jours après une facture 😂😂😂
La réalité est qu'ils s'en FOUTENT si vous n'avez pas un plan Business chez eux 👍. Et encore, ce n'est même pas sûr, car on dirait qu'il n'y a que des robots qui travaillent là-bas. Regardez bien Alex le robot-toutou qui va répondre juste en dessous "Oh non, nous sommes désolés. 😥", alors qu'il n'en a rien à cirer. 👍
Les 5 stars reviews pour cette entreprise sont complètement faux, ou sont ceux qui leur payent 500 balles par mois. Ne vous faites pas avoir.

Sorry this is so lengthy.....
I have used Webinterpret for many years. Have there been issues....yes....but very few. Its extremely difficult to get hold of an advisor if there is an issue as they only have the basic chatbox which is so frustrating unless you pay the premium subscription where you can speak with an advisor a little easier.
My 1 star review is related to my recent issue
The Webinterpret system I feel is out of date and seriously needs updating. I sell on eBay with around 1500 items. I had several hundred items blocked on the international sites as their system picked up they were duplicate listings. eBay do not allow duplicate listings and these are pulled at point of me listing (unless you jumble up the lead title)
I tried to get them unblocked with an agent who was a point of contact. He sent me an excel sheet of items that were so say duplicated. It was myself that spotted they only appear duplicated because they are being sold in US, Australia and Canada which is listed in the English text so all text would be identical. He basically told me I had to change all the titles in order to have them unblocked. THEY ARE NOT DUPLICATE LISTINGS WEBINTERPRET LIST MY UK ITEMS ON INTERNATIONAL SITES AND IF IN ENGLISH TEXT WILL BE THE SAME!!!
I was eventually contacted by another agent who I am unable to name on this platform who was like a breath of fresh air. We chatted at length about my issues and I felt confident he would help. He also sent me an email with a link to his calendar so should I need to schedule a call to chat about my account I could do so with ease. He advised he would be my contact going forward and I could contact him anytime. This sounded perfect
He advised he needed to get special permission from the top people to get the blocked items unblocked and this would take a few days. I couldn't understand why it had to go to this level as it was very clear to myself and this agent that the blocked items were not duplicate items.
After 2+ weeks I chased only to be told via email that a decision had not yet been made. I admit I was very sarcastic with my reply as it sounded as if it was a multi million pound deal they were making a decision on. It took several days again before I was emailed that the decision was made that the items could not be unblocked!!!!! The day before I had this news I had arranged through this agent email link a call back at 10am the following day (and the day I received the email) I replied to his email that I was not happy and that I would discuss at my scheduled 10am telephone call appointment. I of course made myself available at this time.......NO PHONE CALL NO COMMUNICATION!!!!!! I had to use the chatbox to try and get through to someone as to why I had not received my call. No luck there!!!! I thought perhaps I could try and arrange another telephone appointment so I used the link he sent and arranged a callback for 2.30pm the same day. I even emailed him. 2.30 came and went NO PHONE CALL NO COMMUNICATION!!!! I was angry and upset. I tried several times to raise a complaint via the Chatbox but again nothing.
I then received an email from **** late afternoon his reply extremely cold and no sign of an apology that he did not call as scheduled.....TWICE!!!!
I hope your seniors read this negative review as it’s because of you I feel I needed to write it. You did not have the courtesy to call me when I scheduled two calls in your diary. You advised I could do this anytime and then said in the email I was not privy to this service. You have treated me, a long time client of Webinterpret, with utter disrespect and I can tell you this has had an impact on me.
You have not treated me like a valued client and yes my account has now been cancelled as per my request

HAD EXCHANGE WITH ZIAD . IT WAS EFFICIENT FAST AND CORDIAL
IT WAS ABOUT A MISTAKE REGARDING PAIEMENTS TO WEBINTERPRET . SENT A MESSAGE AND ZIAD TOOK CARE OF IT WITHIN 24H ALL WAS SOLLUTIONED . I WAS REALLY SATISFIED . AND HE ANSWERED EVERY MESSAGE I HAVE SENT ..THANK YOU AGAIN ZIAD .

A Completely useless service!!! Strongly recommend NOT using them. After Cancelling their service. They Keep charging my account and there is not a way to remove your credit card from their account. You will need to get a new card for them to stop charging you. To top it off they make it extremely difficult to contact them to cancel. Try looking for an email to contact support on their website. YOU will NOT find one. So you won't be able to cancel. Do NOT Sign up, you will regret it.

Sono 15 giorni che sto provando a contattarli in diversi metodi non rispondono e stanno creando tantissimi danni alla mia azienda .
Mettono sui siti internazionali articoli esauriti da mesi e sto avendo seri problemi con Ebay in quanto sono costretto a cancellare le vendite per articoli inesistenti.
Prendono fior di quattrini da me almeno una risposta sensata invece se ne fregano altamente . Se non risolvo gli blocco i pagamenti poi vedremo se risolvono.

Do not trust them. They are scammer. I subscribe for 1 hour only then I asked for cancellation after I read the negative reviews. They confirmed the cancellation by email but I have been charged with VAT as well. I do not understand why they charged VAT as they polish company. You cannot contact them and there is no way to call the support team. A dispute has been made and I will report eBay as well
