I contacted them due to having difficulty paying a bill and the guy I spoke to didn't make me feel pressured at all and was so helpful and understanding. Webmate offer the best customer service of any company I have dealt with - prompt, polite and efficient with operatives who are knowledgeable and able to explain things simply for non-techies like me. In the many years they have provided my internet service I have only rarely had to contact them about a problem (often the result of my own ignorance) they have provided the solution in a matter of minutes. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
