Webmate support is always first class and has been for year

All my friends are forever moaning about their internet providers, especially when it comes to email. Apparently “service” now means sending you in circles until you forget what you asked in the first place.
Meanwhile, I just sit there looking mildly smug and say, “I’m with MacAce… or Webmate as they’re now called.” Any problem? Sorted. No drama, no disappearing into the digital abyss, no need to sacrifice a small goat to the helpdesk.
Honestly, they’re brilliant. Credit where it’s due… superb service, and that’s not something you say lightly these days.

The Macace swiftly resolved the issue I had with our phone line.

I hadn’t updated my web pages for a while, and when I attempted too, I found my editing software was unable to log in to the site servers. Once I had established the errors weren’t my end, technical support quickly resolved the matter which I believe was connected with a server update. As always uncomplicated and swift service once the matter was reported.

Phone call to MacAce and technical answered straight away easy to explain problem and fix the fault on the line. The only problem after that was with Openreach who somehow swapped our phone number with someone else's!
