I’ve been with Webmate since about 1998, not all that long after they first set up. In those days they were known as MacAce. Throughout all that time their service and technical support has been second to none. Phone calls are answered promptly, emails likewise and the help they give, to every query or problem, however small, is given with care and consideration. I recommend them 100% They are the best!

Time and again WebMate have respond super fast to my queries and always solve the issue. In nearly 30 years they have never once let me down....

I have been a customer of Webmate (aka Macace) for over 20 years, primarily for email service. The service has always been reliable, with advance warnings when outages are planned. Importantly the support hs always been prompt and courteous. Like many people I have one or two other email addresses which were included with other services (eg with Apple or with mobile phone network), but this is the most trustworthy, and my primary email service.

Pete, Lewis and all are great and patient! They get back to me quickly (within a day or less as I am in California) and are super clear and helpful. Great company to work with!!

I've been a customer of Webmate, before and I'm over the moon to be back with them, they fall over themselves to be helpful. they respond with very careful instructions, that are clear and concise, leaving the customer with a clear solution to their problem, I’m so glad to be back with them.

We've just switched to Webmate for our hosted 3CX services.

They've been amazing so far. Support team are great and incredibly responsive. Nothing is too much of an issue for them to solve.

I can't recommend WebMate highly enough. They are always so quick to respond and resolve any issues, queries or questions I have. There service is outstanding as is every member of the team. It is so refreshing to be able to speak to people direct, without having to wait on hold, I know they are there when I need them. I only wish I had found them sooner!

Great service, having been buying from them for years, and notice that many of the team have been there a long time which is a good sign. Always very quick to reopens on phone and email. Highly reccomended.
