Sorted problem out very quickly

I've been with Macace/WebMate for years - rarely ever a problem, but when there is, you get to speak to a super-responsive actual person in their support team.
Recently had my internet connection disappear - contacted WebMate and Charlie had a BT engineer organised for next day. All sorted within 24 hours.

Been with MacAce/WebMate for many many years as they provide an excellent service. On the rare occasions I've had a question or a problem's cropped up, they're always a quick to respond, very courteous, and extremely helpful. Thoroughly recommend!

Recently the internet connection went down and I asked Webmate to check as I suspected there was a general problem after a storm. They responded very quickly and confirmed that there was an outage and after contacting Openreach advised when it was likely to be fixed. They kept in contact to let me know until the problem was resolved later than originally thought.
Once again, the speed of reply and concern about getting a fix, even though in this case it was out of their hands, was exemplary.

WebMate / Macace are excellent. A 'service' is defined not by low cost but by the quality of support. Whenever I've needed help or guidance WebMate have responded rapidly and effectively, and in clear, understandable language (plain english), whether sorting difficulties with email or moving over to a new service and setting it up. Speed - always quick with a response. Personal touch - you get to know who you are speaking to, not an anonymous AI or Bot, but a person with a name that you recognise. I've been with Webmate since before it was Webmate.... 30 years? Never disappointed.
